Great customer service!!
Missing a part, received that part the next day! Replacement pads look better than the originals, perfect fit. Highly recommend this rather than replacing the entire bar!

Perfect replacement part - just what I needed
Perfect replacement pads for my step bars and I like how they don't have any branding. My bars are over 10 years old and I was frustrated the original pads were disintegrating, so I bought all new bars and they sucked. Cheap junk with no QC that didn't mount correctly so I returned them. Only after going through all that did I find these replacement pads! See photos of old and new pads during installation.Install was simple. Most difficult part is removing the old ones. I used plastic body trim removal tools to pry them out and avoid scratching the bars. For the metal inserts that didn't come out with the pads, I used various pliers to pull them out.On the first one, I put the metal inserts in to the bar first. This resulted in one of the end posts getting bent while pushing in because the insert was crimped too much. On the second, I put the inserts on the plastic posts of the pads first. This ended up driving the inserts way up the post and not securing to the bar. Third time, I put the inserts half way in the bar, then laid the pad on top and began to push the posts in to the insert. Then went along and gently used a dead blow hammer to push everything in.I'm convinced most of the bad reviews saying the parts don't fit are because people are trying to install the wrong direction. They can only go one way due to the hole pattern. If they don't appear to fit, turn them around!

Perfect fit
Hardest part of installing these was pulling the old ones out as some pegs got stuck in the old clips. Took me about an hour total to remove, clean, lube, and install. I left the old retainer clips where they were intact, but cleaned the inside and lubed them. I directly put clips into the bar, not the pad where missing. With some Vaseline it was easy to press each peg on the bar in with my hands then gave a good hammer tap when finished. Note the center peg is not center at all. There is at greater distance from the second to middle peg than the 4th to middle peg. Hopefully, the pics will help. Put these pads on nerf bars for 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. Happy for now with finished look. They could be a little more thick, rubbery, and flexible, but for the price point this works and perhaps they are suppose to be somewhat rigid.. Bottom line, easy to install and look good at a reasonable price. Time will tell how they hold up and I'll update. Check pics for measurements.

Fit great - but match up the measurements with yours - check from both ends.
I read the description carefully, matched the measurements of the mounting tabs to my nerf bars and they were perfect replacements when they arrived.

These replacements fit and look better than the originals and were easy to install.
These replacements fit and look better than the originals and were easy to install. I had more trouble getting the old parts out than installing them. I used a rubber mallet and they fit great. They were expensive but cheaper than getting hurt from a slip.

Product installed east and looks great.
Make sure before purchasing to measure the holes in your step tube by removing 1 of the covers. The step covers only fit one way. It’s helpful to have the correct tools for install. Pliers and drill for getting old covers off including pulling or drilling out the old anchor grommets out. Use a weighted mallet (not hammer) to pound in new grommets and step covers on. The price seems a bit high for the product but worth the money compared to replacing the entire step bumper. Entire process for removing and installing was about 20 minutes with the proper tools.

Measurements
The picture they included with the tape measure was not accurate. Had the Nerf bar pads been 24 inches long then they would’ve worked. And it seems like everyone is using the same pic to sell an item similar to this, frustrating.
