Perfect fit and nice quality
Perfect fit for the OEM mirror led on the 2011 ford f150. Much better design

Love these! Look amazing in action
Absolutely LOVE these. They look great and perform great too. Haven’t hardwired them in to where they have the white LED light on all the time but the sequential signal is absolutely worth it

Great addition to mirrors
I want to first by saying, I’ve owned the for 2 years now and have never had any issues with these. These are well worth the money. The lights are bright and the and the sequential function is pretty cool looking. Installation was very easy as well.

Good product but has design issues
I am writing this review for the RUXIFEY Sequential LED Side Mirror Turn Signal Light (rear of mirror) but it is also relevant to the Ruxifey sequential side mirror LED turn signal (front of mirror).I originally ordered the front-side sequential turn signal but while reading the instructions discovered that to connect it without splicing wires in the mirror housing, I would also need to order the rear-side LED turn signals that have output connectors for the front-side LED (Ruxifey does not supply a pigtail connector – probably deliberately in order to encourage you to also order their rear-facing units).I then ordered the rear-side LEDs, but when I tried to install them found that there were three things wrong (a) the input connector is in the middle, not on the inboard end, (b) the LED unit is much shallower, and (c) the prongs for the input connector are much smaller (please see attached picture). These three things mean that with the length of wire supplied by Ford in the mirror housing, the connector will not reach the input prongs on the Ruxifey, and even if it did, the connector is a loose fit on the much smaller Ruxifey prongs. On the passenger side you can work around this problem by drilling a hole through the reinforcing ribs inside the mirror (see attached picture) and threading the wires through these holes (you need to pop the connector body off the wires first, then squeeze down the spades so they grip the Ruxifey prongs, then thread the wires through the holes before reinstalling the connector body on the wires). On the driver side, even with drilling a hole through the ribs, there is no way that the wire will reach the rear-facing Ruxifey. I found the best solution was to solder lengths of wire to the Ruxifey (see attached picture) and then splice into the Ford wiring (thereby eliminating the reason for buying these the rear-facing Ruxifey units in the first place). In case you forget what goes where, with the Ruxifey unit lying flat on the bench, the black wire goes to the North-South prong and the green wire goes to the East-West prong. All this hassle could have been eliminated if the Ruxifey rear-facing LEDs included a pair of pigtail extensions that adapted their prongs to the Ford size prongs. The actual Ruxifey units seem (at least so far) to work well, but had I realized what a hassle it would be to fit them, I would never have bought them. Also (this is not a Ruxifey problem) getting the mirror glass out without breaking anything is very fiddly – first side took forever, once I figured out how to do it, the second side was much easier.

Nice upgrade!
I paired these indicators with the front facing sequential indicators on a 2011 F150. Installation was fairly straight forward and connections are as the instructions and other reviews indicated. However, if you plan to run the wire(s) for running lights, I recommend just remove the door panel and the three nuts holding the mirror on and remove the mirror from the truck. It takes probably 3 minutes with a 6, 8 and 11mm socket, a t20 bit, and hook to pop cover panels on the door panel. This also affords you the opportunity to most delicately remove the mirror from the internal mount (it just snaps on in 4 paired clips at 2,4,8,10 o’clock positions behind the mirror). If you are like me, I cleaned inside the mirror body, behind the mirror on the door and most importantly I was able to easily drop the running light wire(s) into the wire channel and pull through. It helped to firmly pull the end of the running wire through my fingers to straighten with a slight curve and feed through the wire channel and then tilt the mirror on its mounting end and the wire just dropped out or was within grasp to help pull it through. Once ran, fold excess running light wire back up, reuse the wire tie and when remounting mirror feed through door channel with the mirror electrical connector. Once remounted you can feed the wires inside the kick panel through the door rubber electrical grommet. You don’t ‘have’ to remove the mirror to mount these but I found it less time consuming and frustrating because the wire would bunch up and my fish tape was too big/stiff to make the 90 deg bend in the mirror body when it was mounted. All in all 10min per mirror start to finish with cleaning and even using McGuire’s black plastic restore on the mirror plastics.I chose to hook up only the running light wires for forward facing light and did not install the running light wire for the rear facing turn indicator because I don’t see a need to have bright rear facing lights on at night below my mirror.

Still working 4.5 years later
The media could not be loaded. After 4.5 years I figured I'd write a review for these. I can't tell you how much I love these lights, the smoked look, the sequential turn signal, and the build quality are top-tier. I actually attempted to upgrade to the switch-back ones but decided not to and returned them, I kept the original ones I bought in 2019 and as you can see in the video I took today they are still working! Make sure you get a snug connection and use dialectic grease if you want to add even more protection. Happy to prove the other reviews wrong by showing these things off. Great product 100% worth the money.
