We’re pleased!
My daughter is a 4t/5t and the small fit her perfectly. I bought it for Halloween, but I think she’ll be wearing it everyday til then because she loves it so much. Not sure how well the material will hold up to multiple washes, but for $6.99 I’m very pleased with the product. I’d say anything under $12 is a good deal for the piece.

Perfect for our Mermaid Halloween Costume
I was looking for a top for our 3 year old daughter's mermaid Halloween costume. I wanted something that would be a bit warm, since Halloween in Chicago can be chilly. And also something that was not overly skimpy, as the tops for so many (even toddler!) mermaid costumes tend to be. This fits the bill perfectly. We've not completed our costume yet but will report back if anything changes.

Super cute except its too big! I got an extra small for my 2 1/2year old daughter who is 36in. tall. Im using it for her Halloween Wonder Woman costume so it will work for that! Overall it was alright maily for the price and color!

Order a size up
I ordered this for my Cousin and she LOVES IT. although i would order a size up because it is a tad tight but that doesn’t stop her from wearing it all the time dancing.
