I downloaded this book as quick as it was available. Why? Because I felt there was an author who would finally not just repeat what has been already said without providing documented references and I have found it. I was so disgusted and actually scared that our government would work at devious levels to erase a candidate, a President. It's truly a horror story. Will this be viewed in an unbiased fashion, of course not. You can already see immediate comments attempting to "erase" this author as they have tried to do to President Trump. Will you fall for their lies or will you at least read this book with an open mind. Time will tell.

There is no real attempt here to acknowledge and refute evidence counter to the writer’s thesis. Such evidence is a available in spades. The author also never acknowledges weaknesses in his own position. I’m open to any conspiracy claims, whether from the right or the left, but this is simply not a real effort to get at the truth. It’s not a credible argument; just political hackery.

This is not fiction. The left should read and understand what they are doing to this country. Not that facts matter anymore.Great read for those all in for truth

Politics is in a dirty, nasty, unbelievable state!! This is a must-read account of how people in powerful, influential positions tried to take down our current President of the Great United States. How did this happen to our fine nation?!? What will it take for Americans to wake up and demand all involved in this twisted scandal be held accountable?!?!!

Lee Smith does a masterful job of uncovering new information and tying together much that was already out there. He does what the failed main stream media could and should have done.

Many books have been written on this subject, but if you can only read one - this is the book. I thought I knew a lot on the Russian Collusion Delusion, but this book goes deeper than what is common knowledge.Much of the material in the book could not be made public until now. With the Inspector General’s report due any day, Lee Smith’s work will have a solid confirmation of the corruption going on with the ‘deep state’, plus the collusion of the Democrat’s in Congress and the press.Thank you Devin Nunes and your team. What has gone on for the last 3 years is beyond the current resident of the White House. The corruption in the FBI, CIA and DOJ must be exposed and those involved held accountable, or it will continue into the future to the detriment of the Nation.

This book is fantastic. thank god for the few who sacrificed to bring us the truth.

Fans of Trump Will Love “The Plot Against the President”I wanted to have fun with this review and to slip into the sort of wry humor used by Michael Royko, in which my alter ego, Vladimir Butchinsky tells readers how successfully his comrades Nunes and Trump are at MAGA.Then, I came to realize that this book IS pretty well-written, so I decided to just write a straight review.WRITING & EDITING: In terms of the mechanics, ie, grammar, typos and so forth, the flow is good, professional and easy to read. Mind you, it is highly biased and, in my opinion, is in no way objective journalism. I viewed it as propaganda, consistent with the original meaning of the word - a copywriter’s sales pitch for a particular viewpoint.Some may be upset with my willingness to cross the aisle to learn what makes the MAGA fans tick. When I was young, I did likewise to learn what made hippies adopt their lifestyle. Then, later, I joined the military, because my philosophy led me to conclude that serving during Vietnam was the right thing for me to do.BLUSH FACTOR: No worries here. Clean writing with no vulgarities.BOTTOM LINEIf you’re a fan of Pres. Trump and MAGA, you will love “The Plot Against the President.” If you despise Pres. Trump, this book will do little to convert you.Insofar as the writing quality, four stars out of five. Insofar as factual content, one star.

Brilliant book. A must read for any political student

The more I read, the more horrified I became about the coordination amongst heads of the CIA, FBI and Intelligence agencies with several noted media entities like CNN, the Washington Post and The New York Times to spread falsehoods about Trump and his campaign team to try to make him unelectable and, when that failed, to remove him from office.I now understand why the Durham undertaking has gone from an inquiry to a criminal investigation.

Outstanding work by Devin Nunes has led to this fantastic book by Lee Smith. Frightening to see how a great democratic nation like the United States can be so hoodwinked by a few crooked people at the top in government.
