I'm amazed by how well this inexpensive antenna works. It was especially easy to install since it's being used on a flat screen TV on a swiveling wall mount and all the ports on the TV are easily accessible. The preliminary installation was a matter of screwing the antenna's coax cable connector into the antenna port on the TV and then slipping the edge of the rectangular antenna under the edge of a cold air return vent cover on a wall about 6 feet above the floor. I'll hide the coax cable later and might even run it inside an interior wall and mount the rectangular antenna in an attic. How easy it is to program a TV to use this antenna depends on how your TV is designed and how knowledgeable you are about how your TV works. After installation, auto-programming of the TV to find all the local channels took maybe 5 minutes after I started the process running. I didn't realize that there were so many over-the-air TV stations here in the Kansas City area - 68? I haven't watched many of the stations yet but the ones we will be watching most come in crystal clear. What a stunning bargain!

I couldn’t be happier with this antenna. I purchased it so I could watch over the air NFL games for free and it works flawlessly! The setup was really easy and the picture quality is fantastic. I wish I would’ve done this years ago instead of trying to stream games from random 3rd party websites. Such a small investment for an improved game watching experience!

I am amazed at the quality of the picture I get with this antenna as well as the number of channels I receive. Admitted I have the antenna mounted on the 2nd floor pointed in the general direction of the television stations. My only disappointment is that the reception is sometimes, but not always and not on all stations, diminished on cloudy days.

I finally cut the cord, going wireless. Problem: no local stations, and didn't want to spend for a Hulu+ to get them. So I tried this antenna. I live within 20 miles of the local broadcast antennas, so it should have been perfect according to the sales info. Well, it sorta, kinda works. I do get most of the local stations even in hi-def, but there is quite a bit of pixilating, especially at night. I actually purchased 2, one for a basement TV and one for the tv on the main level. The one in the basement hardly works at all, not even getting all local channels, even though attached to a window well glass. The one on the main level is not attached to a window, but is on an exterior door. So, I think I need to look for a better antenna, unless I want to pay for a streamer who includes local channels.

While Directv continues to punish its customers by shutting off local channels, I had to do something to watch programming on NBC and CBS, so I bought this antenna and it works great! The picture is just as good as Directv HD. Oh, and by the way, the signal from this antenna does not fail during a storm. Such a great value and product.

Impressive number of channels. I live in a large city so I'm not surprised by the many channels. But this picks them up clearly and I haven't had any issues with reception. It's not small. I stuck it at the top of the window which looks silly but worth it to have free TV choices in the guest room.

Last indoor tv antenna was unable to bring in our 2 channels without moving antenna to best reception location for a channel. Old antenna needed to be installed in window to get any reception, so it was unsightly.This Antan works great. Picks up both channels with a single antenna location. Mounted antenna behind the tv so nothing is visible. Very happy with the performance of this antenna.

I am located in Baulkham Hills. My window faces north - the towers are east of my location.No other indoor antenna has picked up *any* channels. This one picks up ABC, SBS and Ten.The signal level on SBS is 0% on 184.5MHz - from Artarmon. This is in the VHF band, which flat antennas aren't great at picking up. I'm amazed it picked up anything at all.I am 18km away from the transmitter and it can only pick up 3 channels poorly. It doesn't match the 35-45 mile (56-72km) range stated in the listingI wouldn't purchase this again. It was interesting from a technical perspective but some antennas which are designed specifically for VHF might work.
