They are a comfort to have. I don't have time to use them all the time but whenever I feel the urge to, they are not far away. They also taste great and help in producing healthy saliva to clean the teeth during the night. They all leave your teeth feeling very smooth. Also, I was surprised. I just brushed wherever My mouth led me to and my mouth surprisingly wanted me to brush my gums. I never experienced that before but I guess the body connects to nature and God put it in nature to help our bodies.

tastes like crap...if you can tolerate how disgusting these tastes maybe it will fight cavities but so groce couldn't even get an inch down the stick before i gave up...
