Cords are long and 2 prong.. But skinnySo easier to damage...overall very happy...bought 2.. 1 remote will runBoth...For myself, i will also use other lights like myOlder fire n ice, bc theres no way to set these onDifferent colours ( my rgbs can be set in house andBrought out bc they remember, so they can be set to diffColours, remote of course will change em all)I do like that these are a bit sharper\ brighterThan spirits fire n ice etc...🎃🎃🎃🎃1\2 , 5 if they lastWe run our lights for an entire month at night

This highly exceeded my expecations. Bought it originally for Halloween to shine on my front porch, but with all the settings we ended up using it outdoors shining on the entire front of our home for Christmas and New Years too! So easy to plug in and set up, weather proof and the remote make it so easy to switch it up! There is also a setting where it runs through every color/combination. Looks super cool underneath trees! Using indoors, it makes such a great ambiance for a dance or themed party. It was so nice to find something that was not too pricey or complicated but has great effects!

So the lights themselves are fantastic. Spirit of Halloween sells a similar product but they're a singular color AND the blue I use often sells out too fast. This brand was cheaper/equal to the Spirit lights, had better coverage, far brighter, with TONS of light pattern options and different speed settings.The drawbacks? Two in my book.1. The lights are managed via a remote control which makes things difficult if you use more than one if they aren't running on the same power source because their default settings is to cycle through the colors. This is problematic because the lights don't function on different RF frequencies therefore trying to set one sets any other active one (which again, if not tied to the same power source won't be on the same cycle). So it takes a bit of fancy problem solving to get everything set to the right pattern.2. The overall light is waterproof BUT the plug is not. The plug portion is too big to work with my weatherproof wire covers. An easy solution to fix with the large box type weatherproof protectors but still a bit of an inconvenience to need to order something else.Other than those two non-deal breaking issues, they're a great product I will use to replace other lights. If not for the challenges above, I'd rate 5 out of 5.

The media could not be loaded. These were perfect. Exactly what I envisioned for the space I used it for. Paired with some flying ghosts and set on pink, it flowed so well with my Halloween vibe in my office. Easy to operate, the lights are fantastic in all colors. I especially like the all white it looks Smokey. The remote was a plus. I used mine indoors so I can’t speak on outside and weather but it is very well made and lit up my entire room. Next year I’ll try it outside and revisit!

I bought two lights. 9ne from Amazon and one from home depot. The Amazon one, this one, worked really good. The set up was super easy, you have everything you need. I used it to light up my ghosts for Halloween. It has only been a few days, so let's see how it is later.

This wave light has no memory feature to allow you to set it to a specific color, to turn it off and on again and keep said color. It reverts back to the default setting of rotating through all the color options, making you have to reprogram it every time you turn it back on! Our Halloween display has far too many lights and effects for me to have to go find the remote and reset the color each time the light has been cycled off and on. This would have been very helpful for me to know before I bought this, and so, dear reader, I'm saving you the trouble of having to return it and find something that will stay lit the same way you programmed it before shutting it off. Luckily, I have Prime, so I can return without much hassle. Overall, the speed and motion of the "wave effect" looks instead more like a spinning effect, even at the slowest speed. Color options are okay, but again, not very fun to have to cycle through to the last one if that's the one you need/prefer for your setup. Stand is rather flimsy as well, the light housing is heavier than the stand, so it really wasn't balanced to stay put. Hope this is helpful to any future potential buyers, and at least now you know what you're getting.

I like the effect of this light and will be keeping it, but at a sacrifice. I have 3 main issues with it. First, the timer is not automatic, so it won’t turn on for you at the same time each day. You have to turn it on, and then set the timer. Second, if you plug it in to your own timer, it resets to the effect cycle setting each time it powers on, so it will not maintain the color you were using. And lastly, the brightness on this is great, but I wish you could dim it.It throws the pattern really wide. I actually had to cover some of the lens with tape, to focus it in. And it’s really bright. I’m not sure if the cord is as long as they say, and it feels as cheap as I would expect at its price point. We’ll see how long it lasts. Also, no batteries come with it for the remote (AAA)
