Arm nettting is not attached to the dress
Fit my 4yr old perfectly. Only change I made was I sewed the arm sleeve netting onto the top so she did not have to continually pull them up or adjust them.

Bigger than anticipated
Cute but way bigger than expected for a size 4-6. The arm gloves and leggings are too big. But it will work just not size expected
