Great product to use for people who have pain problem in the foot.
I bought this heel sleeves for my sister who is suffering from plantar fasciitis for a while. Her physio suggested that she should get one of this heels sleeves to help her managed the pain so I thought I of giving her one from Amazon. As soon as it got delivered, I gave it her and she began using it. She was really pleased with the silicone sleeves, it was comfortable to wear and had help her with the pain management. She was also pleased that her feet doesn’t sweat nor smell, she reckon it was the powder that helping her feet to stay dry hence odourless. I am so happy with my purchase that it was so effective yet affordable. Definitely Highly recommended!

Overpriced and overrated
While running I stomped heavily on a loose stone causing quite a lot of pain in the heel area that has persisted for weeks although it's been better when I was running on trails than when walking normally (barefoot). However whenever I hit the stone the pain would come back so bought a pack just to give my foot a bit of cushioning while running.Run once with the sleeve on my foot - during the run my foot got sweatier and hotter than usually, and kept sliding inside the sleeve.Second run with the sleeve on top of the sock - my foot felt like it was being cooked, got sweaty and kept sliding inside the shoe even though the shoes are snug in the heels.Impossible to sleep in it - the foot just overheats and it gets uncomfortable so claims that it's ok to sleep in those are a lie.On the third day of wearing it during the day while not running I developed a rash on top of the food when the sleeve is looping over the heel. There was some degree of cushioning while running and walking around. The sleeve is not snug enough to hold onto the foot so it keeps moving about and when it's too hot, enjoy the rash. Ever since I used thick silicon dressings for the heel whenever I needed it having chucked these sleeves in the bin. There's no leaflet attached with best practices. And yes, it gets discoloured very quickly making me wonder what chemical reactions have been going on (other than foot cooking) that caused my nice and freshly washed foot change the colour from light blue to a disgusting brown...

Helpful yet not perfect
Great item to relieve pain in the heel, but not perfect. I have a horrible problem with most of my shoes, doesn’t matter if new or old, as I get blisters on my heels almost all the time and can easily say that this product saved my heels for a while. However, I’m working a job where I might need to wear the same shoes for 10-12 hours and that’s where it gets bad. After a couple of such long shifts I noticed rashes on my feet as the ventilation of the product is super poor (those 6 holes on the sides don’t do anything...). And the biggest problem was that when the foot got sweaty the sleeves started slipping and folding on my souls making it super uncomfortable to wear. Sometimes I as well had problems getting my feet into a tighter shoe as the sleeve was slipping and folding... Would still recommend the product as it is perfect for a short wear or wearing in shoes like docs, yet unsuited for longer or daily wear.

Absolute Rubbish
I bought these as they were supposed to provide a cushion for heel pain and soreness when walking. When they arrived I was most surprised at how flimsy they are - nothing more than thin silicone with no extra padding in the heel. After a few minutes use it was obvious that these are useless for anything and after several uses they become weaker and lose their elasticity and roll up when covered with a sock. People with foot problems will try anything to try and reduce their pain but unfortunately unscrupulous suppliers prey on this claiming that their products will be of great help. I should have known better. So if anyone reading this is considering giving them a try my advice is don’t waste your money.

Combat Achilles Tendonopathy (on your own terms).
I bought these in an effort to combat my Achilles Tendonopathy condition which I had been enduring for a couple of years having had the bare minimum of professional (i.e NHS GP instigated) medical intervention which saw me look everywhere for a resolution to my pain dilemma. Subsequently, having been given a set of 'adjustable insteps' by the NHS podiatrist (who first saw me some 24 months down the line - good ol' NHS - doncha just love the inherent hiatus which helps you focus on you resolving your own health issues ?) I tried these for a while but they didn't easily transfer to other footwear and at the edn of the day, always felt uncomfortable. So I bought these little babies! They are comfortable, washable and give me the all day support that I believe my heel requires, nay - craves! I use these inserts everyday and they are by far the best solution to my particular condition. I am on my feet most days and as far as my working day goes, Monday to Friday I am pounding lecture theatres with an almost maniacal regularity. On top of which, 'au restante' I walk my 5 year old labrador twice daily ( every day come hail or shine) at least two miles 'per insta'.Though obviously an undeniable advocate of these little gems, I need to confess that my only gripe is that the process of 'rolling socks over them can only be described as ' an absolute pain in the arse! ' That said, these are an absolute boon if you suffer from my condition or some such similar. My advice, bear with it and buy these boys - and not just one set. Have a few to hand - wash one set, smell sweet - wear the other set. Without a doubt they are the 'canines cojones' !

Don’t last
I got these less than two weeks ago and they have snapped already I haven’t been at work so I believe if I had a full working day on my feet these probably wouldn’t even last a day or two on the other hand they did feel comfortable when I had them on just a pity they didn’t last the pace

Really is making a difference. It’s an instant difference too! Better than the compressions socks!
