I like to use this for my hot water tea, which helps me to recover after intense work or restless nights. These slices are around medium to large sizes, and the color and scent are nice. Great value for the price.

Just ok, don’t see much result

I just received my 3rd order, for someone in good health this will definitely help. I used to get up 2 times a night, now I don't. My friend in his 50's says it helps him sleep more soundly. Another friend (who recommended this ) says it helps his libido. So.. I will continue to use the product along with my healthy diet and exercise.

Packaging was good until l found out that the amount of the product was very little. I like the sliced ones. It is easy to make tea and use as ingredients. But l am quite disappointed to open the box. It is very costly compared to the contents.
