Shipped without hard to find remote battery’s. Instructions were hard to follow and unit turned on for a second then reversed the turned off even with the chain disengaged. Not sure if I just got a faulty unit. Or it’s not bad quality.

I bought this unit because it was an Amazon preferred product. Only had two ratings one good and one not so good. So I thought I would give it a shot. I researched so many products and from what I have read there was not one that got all spectacular reviews across the board. Most people complained of the poorly written instructions along with bad customer service. Anyway I thought Amazon pick, how bad could it be? Picture also looked good so I bought it. Received it Thursday December 4th box was in good shape however the packer put all of the hardware in PLASTIC bags, who does that. All of the washers and bolts were all over the bottom of the box when I opened it. So far not impressed. When I located the parts list to check to see if all the parts matched up to my surprise they did. Now I am pretty handy when it comes to figuring things out but first off there are absolutely no instructions or directions on how one to put this thing together and two nothing about the wiring, which to me is the most important thing. I will call Amazon tomorrow to see what can be done about the wiring issue because frankly I paid for an extended warranty and sure do not want to burn this up by hooking up the wires wrong. Other than that it is a good looking piece of equipment. I will finish my review after I speak with Amazon and get this critter installed.
