Great quality, great w/ coffee
This is my third purchase of these cacao nibs. Great quality and all natural taste. Great to snack on by itself or add to an acai bowl or smoothy, but I especially like to grind a pinch or two in with my freshly ground coffee beans for a fantastic chocolate undertone to my coffee.

10/10 would buy again
These taste great. They're chocolately, crunchy, and pleasantly bitter. They seem fresh and high quality. Opening the bag releases a nice chocolate aroma. I've used them in granola, cereal, yogurt, smoothies, and cookies so far. And just eaten them plain. Even my 2 and 4 year old nieces like them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I've already bought them again.

Delicious with few shells
While the bag occasionally has shells in it, I like these cacao nibs and eat them every day.

Tastes like crap! (needs to be processed with Alkali)
5 stars because it is exactly what it said it would be, it is high quality, has very few if any shell fragments, has no mold or mildew flavor, and seems to be all-around exactly what you're looking for if you like this kind of thing. But, it tastes like crap. I mean, who eats this stuff!? I bought 2 bags because I'm a chocolate LOVER and have cravings like crazy, but it turns out, after much online research, that the delicious chocolate and brownie flavor we all love so much ONLY COMES IF THE PRODUCT IS FERMENTED, TOASTED, AND THEN **PROCESSED WITH ALKALI**. Yep! It's the "Dutch processing", or processing with alkali that makes cocoa taste so good! So, this stuff has an extremely high calorie count since it's filled with cocoa butter, but it tastes awful AND does not have the deep chocolate flavor I want because it's not processed with alkali. So, if you wanted to eat fermented cacao garbage instead of delicious, chocolatey alkali-processed cocoa/cacao flavor, this stuff's for you! It has all the calories you want to make you fat like chocolate, without giving you the flavor of chocolate. :) Enjoy. :) Seriously though: 5 stars: nothing wrong with the product otherwise.

I would not recommend!
These tasted horrid! I have had cacao nibs in the past but these tasted rancid! Just a really weird texture almost like something else was mixed in with this! Awful! I have purchased other items from this brand and they have been great but these are not good!
