Q: Can I eat a steak on the table when it's lifted? I am worried that lots of movement from my knife on the steak will make the lifted part collapses.

Despite the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised as to the strength of this table when lifted. I’ve only had it for a few days, but I can already tell that it’s super strong. I’ve eaten off it without any problem. I could stand up and put all my pressure on it without any problems. The way it’s built - it goes up and out - I really don’t see why or how it would collapse.

Q: I plan to line the inside of this table with ice so I can store fresh seafood. Once table is erect, will it provide a stable surface to fillet bass?

In our opinion, we don't suggest that you line the inside of this table with ice, and we also don't suggest you cut something on it. Hope this is helpful.

Q: Can this material be stained a different color? for example, cherry?
