Pigment Ink Pad Color: Metallic Gold (3 Pack)

Bought this gold ink to use with a custom rubber stamp on ~250 black envelopes for Kickstarter fulfillment, so quality is important. I ordered 2 different low-cost ink pads to use the best one. See my photo for results. The Color Box ink was not just inferior in comparison... it seems to be inferior generally (for my purposes).I highly recommend Brilliance Galaxy Gold ( https://amzn.to/2CVX56a ) -- especially if your stamps have fine lines and detail, and quality is important to you.

Worked out perfectly for stamping out return addresses onto our wedding invitations! The pigment is super bright even for dark paper. Only drawback is that it takes FOREVER to dry. Be careful stacking papers after using.

No where in the product description does this mention that it is slow drying... i didn't even know that was a thing for ink. Not okay for the use I purchased it for, so that's a bust and i'll be buying another gold pad to replace this one. I couldn't understand why it was smudging and refused to dry... on the back of the container the first words are "This slow drying pigment is..." Would have been good to know.. but since it's slow drying, if you mess up, you can clean around it -- good depending on the use.Aside from the slow drying, the case is nice, and the color is very nice.

Great ink! I used this with a stamp on a navy blue kraft bag. I let my dry overnight and didn't touch them after I stamped so I'm not sure about the drying time.

Beautiful gold and very shiny! Only downside is that it easily takes OVER 24 hrs to fully dry. Other than that, it's perfect!

Love this stuff, but the metallic ones tend to come a little dry, and the lids are a bit loose.....maybe air is drying it out? I have had mixed luck with these.
