IT is one of the best coffees I've had

I just wish they put more Reishi into it, not sure how that will affect the taste but I bought it for Reishi. It's a nice product and good coffee.

This is a pretty good tasting coffee. For the most part it has a medium roast flavor to it. The lower acidity is noticeable, which lends to a smooth balance with no sour or bitter flavors. The mushroom addition is mild and subtle, with just a little bit of an earthy and naturally sweet finish at the end of each sip, but also pleasant and not in the way of the core coffee flavor. I like that this mushroom coffee is first and foremost coffee. The origin of the beans used is Peru, which is then shipped to Sweden where they are roasted. I was not initially expecting it to taste this good, but it stands up well with some of my other medium and medium-light roast coffees. The grounds have a good consistency to them for regular brewing and pour-over. With a pour-over technique the grounds bloom and extract very well. The batch I am reviewing is also fresh with a use-by of about two years from the time of this review, so it appears this also has a fairly good shelf life.

I like my Italian coffee but not the jittery feeling I get if I have more than 2 cups a day. I found this to be ok. I didnt care for the flavor. I shared a cup with a friend who loved it and really enjoyed the lack of the hyper coffee feeling she would get.

This is great I love mushroom coffee for the taste and health benefits.. most are instant so I was excited this was a whole bean coffee that grinds nicely. Just like any other whole bean coffee. The mushroom taste is very subtle it a smoothie non bitter nice coffee. No jitters.no stomach issues after drinking. It is very fairly priced great coffee. I will recommend this to family and friends

I’m a Sumatra or House Blend Starbucks person, because of the aroma and taste and energy that their coffee brings. But I thought I’d try this “Specialty Organic Ground Mushroom Coffee with Reishi - For Calm Energy, Relaxation & Balance - Healthy Coffee Alternative, Low-Acid Medium Roast, 8 oz (16 Cups), Roasted in Sweden” by Rå Hygge, due to the added mushrooms for its health benefits. But I haven’t really felt any difference with this coffee apart from the amount of energy I felt, which isn’t up to par compared to the Starbucks coffee. This ground coffee itself smells like good coffee. I don’t smell any mushrooms in it. But after brewing, I can taste the mushrooms and the aroma to the ground coffee seems to have dissipated. It doesn’t tastes strong as well, it tastes more like watery. However, this ground mushroom coffee is definitely much better quality than the instant mushroom coffee I previously tried. And for that reason, this is definitely still worth taking a look at.

I found this mushroom coffee to be super light and mild. If you have trouble with heavy bold coffees this will be a good find for you. This has been a great alternative in my household to regular coffee. I found this to be way easier on the stomach, especially if drinking coffee throughout the day.
