these are as ,if not more so addicting than cigarettes.... the best thing is to go cold turkey. . I quit smoking 4 3/4 years ago and have been on these lozenges since.. I always loved them,,, which is not the point. the point is to quit them too, but you cannot. I called 1800quitnow and they send you 4 boxes of patches free... I am doing that now and finally I only have about 5 patches left 2 boxes were the highest then the 2 middle... non of the lowest,,, but I am going to not buy the lowest, I am just going to be done with them... these were just as hard to quit as smoking was,,, and the patches well they help get you from having something in your mouth all the time... first 2 weeks were hard,, now I chew gum,,,,, these are a good price and value if you use them... but try really hard to follow the step down method and maybe they will work for you.... but now I don't buy them and have saved lots of money

Much of my addiction to cigarettes was oral fixation. This gave you the nicotine feeling and satisfied the fixation because I would flip it around in my mouth. They nicorette brand does taste a touch better, but not enough to pay the extra money for them. If you want to quit, this is a great way to make it a little easier.

Hey, the time has come. I'm doing really well with these. They knock out the obsessive thoughts of having a smoke. I can go about my job unhindered by the dreaded nicotine fit. It has been a week now and I'm a happy camper. WooHoo!!

This was a gift to someone who is trying to quit. This is the method I used to quit. I've been using the 2mg for 3 years. Hey, it's better then smoking. I like the taste of these better then Nicorette which I think has too much of a bite to them.

they taste bad compared to the nicorrete lozenges but these are much cheaper and do the job

Remember you read it here first! The product works, but very generic flavor. Night and difference with the Nicorette Lozenge's. But, when on a budget, it was still much cheaper and one would think healthier than cigarettes.
