Gave 4 stars only because it runs very small. ,my waist measures 42inches and I had to purchase the 4xl. So def buy two maybe even three sizes up from what the chart recommends. It's great other wise, it was hard to put on at first but that's expected. Trick is to start hooking from the bottom and work your wAy up. Much easier this way. I can wear it All day and it helps a lot with my posture. It's flexible enough for working out too.. But don't try anything like yoga wearing it . Just don't get the wrong size only because you want to speed process up and squeeze your waist in smaller. You'll only be damaging your organs a md possibly cause acid reflux by over restricting your food intake by wearing the wrong size that is obvious too small & tight for you. Other than that I love this girdle and plan on purchasing next size down in about a month.

The material wasn't what I was expecting I thought it was suppose to be more latex to help sweat during workout and well I was a little disappointed because to me it is more like a girdle and not a sport latexgirdle.

I bought this and after a while wearing it, I noticed the bones are coming off the fabric and poked into my skin. it caused irritated me and very uncomfortable. I hope this product should be better quality instead of using cheap fabric.

I am in love with this waist trainer. I ordered a 3x, I got worried when I wrapped it around me and it only went a little more than half way around me but I sucked it in and got it snapped up and its perfect. It does its job. This is a really good buy and a good price compared to other companies. Shipping was quick and as expected. I would definitely recommend.

Material is beautiful and looked just like the picture. I ordered a size 4xl and it fits but it was extremely tight and rolled down in the back. if your a woman with curves and then I wouldn't suggest unless you have a small waistline.
