Good looking, but not effective on uneven surfaces
On the plus side, this is a good looking stop and includes a small stainless hook that can be used to store it when not in use. Unfortunately, the three rubber bands on this stop do not grip even slightly uneven surfaces. I am using two of them to prop open an exterior balcony door that is mounted over non-skid ceramic tile. The tiles have a slightly uneven surface that simulates stone and a slight breeze against the door frequently pushes it closed. In addition, the rubber bands will slide off if the stop is pushed sideways across the floor. This is probably a good stop if used indoors on a smooth surface, but it does not grip uneven floors.

Never thought that I would leave a review for a door stop, but it is a fabulous product! It is attractive and matches my new high tech kitchen. Heavy duty enough to keep my kitchen door from continuously blowing shut. I plan to order a couple more.Mahalo from Hawaii- Barbara

Not a super heavy duty door stop
Much lighter weight than I expected. Not a super heavy duty door stop, but better than a plastic one.

was smaller than what i needed but that is my fault not the manufacturer - i wedged it in the corner and it works great

DO NOT USE WITH A METAL DOOR
Awesome look and strength, but the rubber strips tore in half the first day! Being used with a metal door, so apparently, bottom edge is too sharp for this stopper. Otherwise, I bet it would be great

Won't keep someone out
It works well to prop the door open, but I purchased it to keep the door from being opened from an intruder, and it doesn't work well for that. A policeman had told me that a solid door stop can keep out intruders and that law enforcement have a hard time opening a door when one is in place.
