High quality water filter!. I have been using this brand of filter for years and they work very well and hold up great. The design allows particles to be trapped while still allowing good water flow through them. I changed over from the 25 micron to this 5 micron to get better filtration. It states the water flow is the same, 20 gpm. Once I replace my old 25 micron filter, I'll see if the flow rate remains the same or not with the micron filtration difference. It will be an interesting comparison and I'll see if I can update this review after a few months of use.

We've using this specific water filter for years and cant complain about how well these water filters are made. It is suggested to change these filters out every 6 months but if you miss a month, these filters still do a terrific job. Its amazing when cleaning the filter to see how dirty city water can really be. By using these filters, I know that I'm getting a quality filter that will last month and is reasonably priced. The filter is extremely easy to change out and requites no more than a couple of minutes to replace and install the new filter. There is currently nothing that I would change about the quality of these filters and I highly recommend these filters to anyone looking for a replacement filter that meets the specifications listed.

fit perfect and works well, wish they were a bit cheaper. For the first 6 months the system is perfectly clean. I will usually get a little bit of red shale particles in water system when time to change at 6 month interval. I keep a spare o-ring and some food grade silicon grease and a marker with labels next to the filter housing to keep track of filter changes. I also chlorine shock the well before changing the filter, flush the system after 24 hours, then change the filter about 5 days after the shock treatment when the well has returned to normal (shock treatment releases iron and sediment from well that would clog a new filter).

A decent filter that does what it is supposed to do. Need to replace cartridge a little bit more often than suggested, but these stop debris from getting into the drinking water, so these are well worth the extra changes. Drinking water remains crystal clear. Love it.

great fit for OEM replacement filter, easy to install and comes with internal rubber gasket. However, the o-ring for the filter housing is not included and needs to be purchased separately. I wish they would include that o-ring as well because it must be replaced every 6 months to ensure no leaks from the filter unit housing. But besides that, great product, will buy again.

We installed our whole house water softener and filter system a little over 2 years ago now, and we've been using this brand ever since. It was recommended to us by the plumber, and we have not had any problems. No broken filters, no premature failures, and we only replace them once every 6 months (2 people in house).

These are really well-made filters and capture debris really well. The only downfall is they are quite expensive and not economical if you find that you have to replace filters frequently.

Amazing product. I got nine month life of previous filtre. No worries of blocking home appliances like washing machine, geyser, filtre etc. Amazon service is on time. Keep it up..
