These exceeded expectations! I love that there is only 1 ingredient...brown rice. They have a lovely crunch and taste so much better than the Quaker brand. They are better for you too. 15 calories and 2 carbs for a rice cake that's a little bigger than the size of an adult palm. I put cottage cheese, peaches and cinnamon on them, or peanut butter and preserves. They are great with a smear of laughing cow cheese and turkey also. So versatile. Will be buying regularly.

Wow…I didn’t even know these were healthy when I decided to get them. They are so good. If you are on a GLP-1 this is the perfect size…they are small rounds but I have enjoyed 3 at a time with various toppings like cottage cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning, to guacamole and my favorite tuna salad.

There are small pieces of maybe oats that are as hard as plastic and almost broke my tooth! It wasn’t a fluke. All of the pops had them.

The "Deli" ones are quite small, like the size of a drink coaster. That's why they are only 15 calories each. They taste remarkably like regular Quaker rice cakes, just a bit crunchier. Not worth the price. I'll stick with the mainstream rice cakes.

At 1st, I was shocked by how small these are for the price but they are well worth it. Low calorie, fat and carb for something so tasty. I can't tolerate popcorn and I break these up for a snack or eat for breakfast. 1 is filling to me and I'm a big girl. Such an amazing healthy option. Stays fresh long, and gives me that crunch that I need.

Very similar texture to rice cakes - though smaller diameter and more compact - good neutral flavor, with low carbs!
