I’m impressed!
I’m a natural blonde with fine hair. At 51yrs old the color was dingy so I wanted to “brighten” it up. My hair got pretty brassy and after at-home color correctioning all the chemicals left it pretty damaged. This stuff works great!! I’ve used it twice (only once a week) and my hair feels softer, more manageable, and works at keeping the brassy down. I really like it because it doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave it greasy looking like some conditioners do.

Excellent 👌.. except..
I had never heard of this product. I was struggling with unknown itchy "bumps" on my scalp. I took a chance & purchased this. I applied it as you would a conditioner after washing my hair. It literally cleared my scalp in 3 days. It's non irritating, refreshing and has a pleasant fragrance. The only negative is the "loose" conditioner like texture housed in a jar.Especially when in the shower. It will spill completely out if you neglect to screw the Cap on immediately.Fantastic product... But, a simple pump dispenser would be a much more practical & sensible container.I'll give it 5⭐'z because it brought me relief.. however, had I not opened it before I was in the shower. It would have been an unfortunate zero down the drain.

Smells nice
It smells amazing and the mask did wonders for the texture of my hair but I have an issue with most toners not working in my hair at all. Most of them do nothing and just wash out leaving my hair looking the same. (On level 8 to 10 spotty bleached hair.) This one did work, not as much as I'd like, but it did actually did tone rather than just wash out of my hair like other products do. (Which I was worried because the color of it was so much lighter than the product image depicts and lighter than most other toning products I've used.) I think if I keep using it possibly my hair will eventually get to where I want it. That or mix my own toner and use in combination since I've had better luck with making my own toner anyhow.Edit:I had bought this product again because I did like how it made my hair felt and was starting to run low. The second one I got the color correct however the container came with a white lid instead of a black one. (Makes me a little suspicious if the packaging is a little different but the label is not.) I loved the scent of the previous one but for what ever reason I can't smell it in the new one. (Maybe I will on my hair?) The cream is also thicker. I have yet to try it in my hair but I still got a little left of the old one.I did put more tint into the old one in an attempt for it to get to the correct color but in the old one it seems like the color separated and went lighter again. (Wondering if that was just a bad batch but even so it did wonders for my hair.)Edit 2:Third time buying it.It's back to the previous consistency with a stronger smell but lighter color. So it seems the mix must not be consistent. Regardless even if the lighter color doesn't tone my hair as much as the darker color I still like how the mask works on the texture of my hair. The scent is listed as "coconut" but it's actually more similar to a green tea and bitter orange scent. (I think) Definitely not "coconut". I had gotten a similar scented perfume because of this hair mask. (Because I like the scent soo much.)

How?? 3 star due to damage
We're in 2024... how are we still receiving items like this!? With the amount of money that people pay yearly for membership and for the items- you'd think receiving them in tact would be possible not DAMAGED and OPENED!!As far ar the product, I Just got it so unsure of the quality.

Works surprisingly well…
I have type 4 hair, really 4a. I didn’t really see reviews on anyone beyond straight/wavy hair from what I remember. I wasn’t sure about it at first when I initially applied it because I like for products to define my hair. It’s an indicator that my hair likes it. After working it in quite a bit my hair soaked it up and it looked great. I did use a lot of product but that’s not unusual for deep conditioning. My hair felt SO soft after rinsing it out. It was odd how my hair almost felt damp after immediate rinsing though. I’d been struggling with my hair feeling more dry lately. It felt so soft and bouncy, back to how it was at a certain point. My hair isnt damaged but it did give it a good reboot. It’s also kind of watery which is why the instructions say use it on damp hair more than likely. Probably cutting corners with the quality but it still worked. It smells like an old school black beauty supply store lol. I would take off half a star if I could because it did take a while for it work into my hair and I might only get 4 more usages. My hair is pretty thick and mid back length. I would still recommend it
