Reliable, Clean, and Easy to Use. A Must for Stained Glass Projects
I've tried a handful of fluxes since diving into stained glass work, and this one from IMPRESA has become my go-to. It's clean, consistent, and doesn't give off an overpowering smell like some others. The included brush makes application mess-free and straightforward, especially when working with detailed copper foil or lead came projects. What stands out is how easy it is to clean up afterward. Just a quick rinse with water, and I'm ready to move on to patina or finishing. It also works great with both lead and zinc, which gives me more flexibility in the kind of projects I tackle. This is one of those supplies that quietly makes your whole process smoother. I'll keep a bottle on hand in my workspace.

It's good, but it's more preference.
I bought this just starting out as a glass artist. Ignorant to the fact of liquid vs paste vs gel flux. I really didn't see an issue with this as a new artist. But I would notice I had to apply this often. It kinda goes wherever it wants, it's exactly like water. There's no sticky to it. There is also some splash to this when soldering. I don't think any bad review would be fair as these things are more about preference and what other materials you may be using (tape, soldering gun etc) I've since switched to paste and prefer it but I also haven't tried gel yet. Lol. I'm definitely keeping the bottle, it will go a long ways in reference to the amount in the bottle. Plus I want to switch between the two just to see the results. I was getting a little oxidation , and was pointed to try paste. But I've also changed other things too that could have been causing it. I can say this definitely cleans up better than paste. Also not greasy like the paste!! In those instances, I'd definitely choose this kind, this brand!! I'm gonna experiment more and see if i can edit reviews...lol. Sorry if I'm no help.

Too thin
Too thin and doesn’t stick to the copper. I started using the flux paste and it works much better.

Great item. I’m new to soldering and this is my first purchase of flux but I am very happy with the product, I’ve created some jewellery items already with it. Will be a repeat customer when the time comes. Thankyou 🙏🏼
