Not stitched right

Bad stitch job. Not as appears in picture hoodie pulls are cheaper than shoe lace material. Loose threads everywhere. The arms fit fine but the upper torso part is goofily shaped gf tried both sizes and to no surprise they fit the same so I don't even think they're different sizes just tag swapped.
