I like that this product has been developed by pharmacists. Black garlic has multiple potential benefits but the main purpose of this supplement is for cardiovascular protection and gut health. I recommend reading the enclosed guidance and doing any further research required. Can be taken for short periods, to address specific needs. The capsules are odourless and easy to take, so I would buy them again.

It arrived very quickly. I ordered it for intense and frequent migraines it is too early to say if it works for that, I will give an update in a few weeks time. The surprising effect was on my bloating within a day my bloating had reduced significantly and I had lost some weight 1kg which . I am insulin resistant so it is almost impossible for me to lose weight so I am thrilled with this product and I will be purchasing again. I started with one tablet daily but yesterday I increased to two a day one in the morning and one at night. Thank you

I and my family usually use regular garlic oil capsules for the positive health benefits to blood pressure and the cardiovascular system, but aged black garlic is supposed to be stronger in this regard and to have a different MoA.I recently tried this from another brand and it appeared to improve my blood pressure.Trialling this one, the results are inconclusive however, and it should be noted that to get a similar dosage to the other brand, you have to take twice as many capsules with this, and so the cost is a lot higher.I will still need to do some more reading on the clinical trials before I purchase more, but at 62p/dose this is a big expense and is almost 3x more expensive than the higher dosed product from another brand, and so I would be happy to purchase more once I learn a bit more about the science behind the product, but not from this brand due to the price.

Well I’d love to give you a thorough review, however the item was damaged on arrival, so I was unable to test them. However others seem to have had a food experience, so do try and give it a go.

I have been in the health food business for many years and ever since I started, garlic has been a staple product that can help with so many issues.Black Fermented Garlic is especially good as an anti-inflammatory. It can also help to prevent cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. It may also help to improve memory and other parts of cognitive function. The big problem with this item is the taste and the fact they repeat. This is strong, almost raw garlic. The Moringa is a super source of Vitamin C and Potassium. Together they form a potent antioxidant. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and I am sure when mixed with Moringa it is potent. They have two side effects, one is the taste and the other is the fact they affect my stomach. I get gas and pain from the allicin. So yes I think these will work if you can take the taste and side effects.

My wife has been taking garlic for years now to help control her asthma. When we saw these capsules available with their claims about helping with your heart, circulatory, immunity and digestive health, we decided to give them a try. I have to admit that we didn't look at the price when we requested these under the Vine programme, so when we got them and I checked the price I was shocked a bottle of 60 capsules which will only last 30 days if the full dose is taken is £19.00 (at the time of writing) which gives a daily cost of 63p.There are plenty of other garlic capsules out there at far lower prices and although the extras of vitamin D3 and Moringa leaf are good, in our opinion they don't justify the high cost.My wife has taken these for 3 weeks now and hasn't noticed any improvement in any aspect of her health, so she will be reverting to a cheaper source of garlic once this bottle is finished.

This is a slightly unusual combination of two supplements both of which have good evidence to support their use. The complaints about the high price seem to be comparing it with supplements containing only black garlic. This isn't fair as Moringa itself is expensive. the amount of Moringa here is 150mg whil supplements often contain a 600mg or more. To buy both separately will cost more although you will also get more.You also have to take into account the quality of the source. Supplements are always a bit hit and miss as there are few established brands and it is impossible for reviewers to be sure they are trustworthy just based on taking them for a few weeks. But I have used this company before and, based on a bit of experience and a little bit of evidence, they are one of my preferred sources for supplements.
