I am a newbie when it comes to supplemental probiotics.... so here's my experience thus far. Aside from buy it, try it and pinky promise, you will love it! Dairy free ○ Soy free ○ Gluten free ○ Organic 5 stars for just that alone but if I could give this product 10 stars, I would. Reviewing at Day 3: I noticed foods which would cause me bloat, some allergen reactions actually stopped. I am allergic to dairy, gluten and avoid gmo as well as soy. Well, I gave into 2 macadamia nut cookies as my "lunch".... and felt surprisingly fine. No tiredness, headache, rumbling tummy that I would get eating something on my "stay away from" list. I am not endorsing going against a healthy lifestyle but sometimes you can't avoid the bad 24/7. I truly belive this product help you! Digestion as far as daily cleanses, yes. I purchased this first in making the silly decision to eat too many banana based muffins I baked when I thought the pms cravings were here. And completely forgot bananas give you constipation. [I KNOW, I KNOW] Suffered for 2 days, tried Fleet's options with very limited success. Day 1 even with this probiotic I was back to normal if not easier bathroom breaks. Women's health focused perks, yes. I did notice a difference quickly. Whether it is hormonal changes in general or prepping for a menstrual cycle, please give this a try. If it can save you some annoyance in keeping HER safe, functioning well and happy. Wouldn't you? The immune boost? That's pretty cool! If you have gut issues and have no idea where to start, I recommend this probiotic! I've been suffering from some gut issues for a while without knowing what's going on. This is the best probiotic that I have ever taken. It targets many women's physical issues, I started it because I had an extremely bad UTI and had been taking multiple courses of antibiotic. I have never felt better since taking Garden of Life Women's Probiotic. My digestive system has never been better and I am now more regular. I also feel that it helped get me through a cold fairly easy due to it's immune system defense. The price is a little high but I highly recommend this product for all women.
