Second pair I’ve bought does the job in case of leakage with a catheter in place I’m usually a XL and they came up a bit tight so I’d go one size up

Check the actual size you require rather than going by "L" - "XL" - etc. These pants come up small!No response from Vendor when I asked to return my, too small, un-used item within the time limit! Not even an acknowledgement of my email (as directed by Amazon). Should have heeded warnings by other buyers!!

I was unsure that these would work.But it took some time getting used to the feeling.Overall it did the job.No leakage, drips etc.Would recommend themI wear them when I am working away from home.Gives me confidence that I don't embarrass myself when away from public toilets

Good product but the person I bought for finds them difficult to get on and off because of the tight fit even though ordered a size bigger

Roughly 2 year life span, so I bought nine pair... so far so good. Time will tell if they work over over time as advertised. Arrived quickly, feel good, work well so far, love them!

They fit well and do the job well. Easy to wash as regular underwear.
