Very tough grip, good for pros
Very well made, sturdy construction. Its not the cheapest but the quality is worth the money. This is by far the hardest strength gripper I have ever tried and at the minute I can barely do one rep, I'll keep working on it. Great item, I would recommend taping the handles as the bear metal makes great blisters. The design is good it fits comfy in the hand. The 400lbs is definitely insane level strength so I wouldn't go for this one unless you're already super strong

Getting to grips with them!
If you want super grip strength then these are great value for money. The set allows you to progress and increase your strength. Simple design and well made. Feels heavy duty and robust!

Good product - 150lbs is a lot!
Bought this individual 150lbs gripper in blue to start my grip training (35years old male 95kg strength sports background). I was surprised by how hard it is to close (max effort). I will be picking up a 100lbs or 125lbs model - if I can find one - then working my way up to use this gripper regularly. I'd recommend getting a complete set, preferably one that finishes at 250lbs, 400lbs seems bonkers. - Nice leaflet with training exercise instructions included. - Good value.

Unreal!
Yea this is just ridiculous. If you can squeeze this to touching, you'd have forearms like thighs. Great build quality, yes it'll destroy your hand but only because of the force you need to shut it.

Great grip training tool
I've now bought the 50lb all the way up to the 200lb and they all have their uses. I tend to use the lighter one when I need a warm up at when I feel I need a lighter training day or more volume to mix it up. As for the weights, I'm an 80kg male that does office work and is half fit! I can just close the 150lb, the 100lb is a reasonable work out for my left (weaker) hand and the 200lb I can about half close. I've also got fairly small hands. That should give you can idea where to start. My wife can almost close the 50lb. The finish of these grippers is nice, the could are handy to quickly see which is which. The surface is a little rough but gives good grip and even my keyboard warrior hands can handle it! I do get the of squeak but nothing a tiny drop of oil doesn't cure. Overall a great buy, I can see lasting years. Just don't overdo it initially, slowly build up the volume. Grip training takes a lot longer than just muscle strengthening as your tendons and ligaments have keep up too and have a lot less blood supply. Edit: I can now close the 200lb easily and I'm 1cm away from the 250lb. It takes time and the 250lb is very tough for someone with smaller hands. The range of resistances is proving very useful to warm up. 250lb by Christmas!

Is this really 400?
This is not 400, my 300 is harder to squeeze than this and I bought it over a year and a half ago from another seller identical grips. So the 300 has had regular use and still hard to grip. This 400 is brand new in packet and softer to squeeze work that out, something not right, shame. Will return.

Robust set of grippers
The build quality of the product is very high and I would find it very surprising if you were able to damage it in any way. The spring and handles are entirely made of out metal and the spring is coated with a rubber for extra protection. The grippers are definitely weighty which prevent them from slipping out of your hands. The small 'serrations' on the grips ensure that your hands wont slip even when they are sweaty. The only problem with these are that they cut into your hand when you grip them tightly like your meant to and make your skin feel sore and develop callouses. Also due to this product being all metal, they wont require washing or cleaning as much. The price is justified as the build quality supports it. You have to go out of your way to throw them hard or something to genuinely damage these, the most you'd probably get is to scuff the paint on the handles. Recommended.
