Self Grip Hugs the Area It Is Wrapped Around & Lasts for Weeks
I use this for my carpal tunnel. I wrap this around my wrist, then put a 1/2" water proof first aid tape right over my carpal tunnel pretty tightly. The force of the 1/2" tape corrects the shape of my carpal tunnel. I can type comfortably with it. But when I practice the piano, I take it off. My carpal tunnel is nice and round during practice!If you don't get these wet, they last for weeks. You can machine wash in gentle cycle and sun dry. I sometime iron on low heat (use pillow case as buffer).

Best first time use
Mature women runner--use this product all the time! Use 3" for medial/knee issues. Best first time use, but you can use over and over..just tuck in the end little bit to hold in place. Have many...start replacing after a season. Recommend hand wash and dry. It does stick to itself, but this is the only product I have found that kept me running and that outweighs the inconveniences!

Not bad; it does what it's supposed to do.
This is a fairly good sports wrap. I wrap my wrist when I play tennis and this did the job. But I wish it was stretchier, as stretchier wraps are easier to put on and -- to me -- seem to offer more support. I probably won't buy again as I'll be on the lookout for a stretchier wrap. But there was nothing really "wrong" with this wrap.
