GOOD QUALITY
It looks fine to me. BUT, my dog, Marley was rescued from a high kill shelter after he had been hit by a car and seven years later is still a very fearful dog. He has not seen this yet so I am not sure how good it is. I can say it appears sturdy and I’m optimistic that it will work, IF HE WILL USE IT. I gave it five stars because it is of good quality and should work. If it doesn’t, it will not be the fault of the ramp.

Good product
It’s a great product! Really sturdy. It just didn’t work for us. Our truck & our suv made it too steep for our big dogs. But I’d recommend it for any one with a regular car.

Good value but a little unsteady
The ramp is very easy to fold and is not a problem getting it in and out of my car. It's fairly light which leads me to my only rather negative comment. I don't find it to be very stable and when you consider that I'm dealing with an old and increasingly fearful dog, that presents challenges I don't need. I do give it a plus for value. Just hoping I and my oldster get the hang of it.

Does not fit. Returns cost twice the cost of the product.
I purchased this product to work with the back door of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I read many reviews but did not read the low reviews (my mistake). Well it does not sit properly with this car's back door. The photos of the product only show this product working with the back of a truck and the angle of entry is not clear. They should clearly state that it does not work with some suv/ cars. Plus the angle is too steep for most dogs. I wish I read the review that said the cost of returning this item would be twice what you paid. I paid $46 for the ramp but will have to pay $71 to return it. FORGET IT. I will donate the item. Overall it looks like a great ramp for the rear of a truck. The overall low marks are because of the return cost and that it does not work with Jeep rear door entry.

Ramp is too short
This ramp is way too short to fit on an SUV. I resorted to putting a stool under the end so that the angle wasn't so steep but finally gave up and bought a ramp that was 7 1/2' long rather than 5'. It would work fine on a smaller, lower vehicle - I have a Honda Pilot.

This item was terrible and to send it back costs more than the item. Don’t buy.
