Offset Horse Flexible Safety Stirrups (4.75’’) Riding Bendy Iron Steel

Very comparable to my MDC Intelligent stirrups. Not as heavy, but not lightweight either. Bought these to replace a pair of Compositi stirrups that I hated and really didn’t feel like paying $200 for another pair of MDC’s. VERY impressed for what they cost. Can’t really speak for longevity, but they seem sturdy and so far clean up easily with a simple wipe down. They lay very nicely on their own (see photos) and my knees appreciate that.

The offset hole for the stirrup leather makes these easier to recover when you lose a stirrup.The jointed (bendy section) feature reduces knee strain.These are more bendy than the jointed stirrups I was using that did not have the offset hole, and I notice that you have to work a little harder to remain stable when posting a trot.The offset hole does make the stirrups sit funny when you run them up the leathers, but that inconvenience is well worth the advantages of less knee pain and easier stirrup recovery.

I love these.Keeping your stirrups in riding position is a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned.Now, let's do something about those skinny leathers that let your stirrups flop around all over the place.:)
