I have battled anxiety since I was a teen. I have tried countless medications and different therapists, nothing seemed to really help me much. This product does seem to help lower my BP so I purchased a second bottle. I still take my BP meds with this but take BP before taking more.

Works amazing for anxiety, but gives you the worse headache you will have in your lifetime. I drink a gallon a water a day and still got a bad headache...
