Expensive but good
A recipe I was serving on a special occasion called for this pasta and I could not find even archival groceries. The pasta is expensive but worked great in the recipe.

Thick pasta with a hole inside where the sauce can infiltrate. Tasty with satisfying mouth feel.

Alma Gourmet is a great seller!
I'm impressed by the pasta, but this seller took extra care. I ordered 5 pasta products from Italy. Different sellers fulfilled. Alma Gourmet was the only one to bubble wrap the pasta, and place it in a bubble mailing envelope resulting in ZERO product breakage of the pasta noodles!Pasta from Gragnano is special, but Alma Gourmet insured that it arrived as hoped. This is good stuff
We love this pasta -- getting it to al dente takes a bit more at altitude, but the feel and flavor are great.
