It is a really nicely crafted solid wooden dolls house. Should give years of pleasure. It is quite heavy once constructed and there is knack and requiring two adults to move it. Assembly is straightforward, but tome consuming and fiddly. If it is gift I would recommend putting it together first rather than have an excited child hovering over you while you screw it together. Once built it is very sturdy

Well made and lovely to look at, with cute 'interactive' features like window shutters. The recipient, age 5, adores this. She has populated it with various small toy creatures, e.g. her Peppa Pig collection, in preference to the set of dolls-house dolls we bought, so maybe don't bother buying specific dolls? The stairs are a bit tricky and she can't put them back in place herself - they are removable, but it may be better to glue in place after assembly. Biggest drawback is that although you can open up the roof and see into the attic, to which a set of internal stairs lead, you can only open the flap by removing the chimneys. This is a design flaw in my opinion. She now has it permanently open, which does spoil the look a bit. It is not too deep front to back, so will fit against a bit of spare wall in a bedroom without sticking out into the room too far.

This is a sturdy, good quality product that is robust to withstand my enthusiastic three year old who loves playing with it. It arrived flat packed in a very heavy box. My husband assembled it without problems but it would probably have taken me more effort. I had thought that we might move it around so our daughter could play with it wherever was convenient at the time but it is not really portable as it's so large so it stays in her bedroom. She makes up endless stories for the characters she introduces to it but seems often to pull out the furniture etc and use it on the floor rather than the rooms themselves which I suspect is just because it's easier for her at the moment. I am sure that the house will "grow with her" and I plan to introduce new items over time to keep it new and interesting.

The house looks lovely, just assembled the pieces together and the wooden frame window on the left side was missing. found it in the box. A little worried that the other windows will fall off. I’m disappointed more with trying to talk to seller with no avail spent an hour following instructions only to return back to beginning . Not returning item. I now have to buy wood glue to attach it back to the wall.

I got this dolls house for my daughter as a christmas present, she is nearly 4yrs so i wanted to get her one she could play with for a good couple of years. I read the reviews on the dolls house and im very glad i decided to get it. It was very easy to put together, its very nice colors and very sterdy. I think it would be very hard to break!! I would recommened this dolls house and my daughter loves it and has not stopped playing with it.

It's beautiful, but feels very fragile. Bought for our 3yo to grow into. The doors don't quite sit straight and the magnets aren't strong enough to hold the doors closed. The screws that came with it weren't the appropriate size so didn't fit a screwdriver as they were shallow and very wide - we replaced with our own. I think we'll get lots of lovely play out of it but just needs extra stability.

This looks beautiful when built, my little one even added ivy to the front with sticky buds. It really is great value for moneys the quality is super, the only hiccup was that the back board had been printed upside down so there is a spare screw hole in the loft which is supposed to hold the levels in place. Had we put it the correct way for the holes to line up, the inside printed “wallpaper” would have been upside down.

This product was my daughters santa gift. While there was some assembly to it it was straight forward enough. The materials are great quality and it's really big and looks beautiful assembled. It is costly compared to other dollhouse so I would advise getting for an older child but worth it just how fab it is

組み立て式のレ・トイ・バンの木製ドールハウス。本日早速組み立て着手。説明書がわかり易いためか、きれいに完成。板は厚く想像以上に頑丈なドールハウス。階段部分は要ドライバー。かなりの大きさなので1人で組み立てるとなると少し時間が掛かるかも。1人だと辛っ。2人だと余裕。3人だと内1人には邪魔しないで向こうで遊んでてねー。と、そんなフォーメーションでしょうか。娘は完成直後から離れないほどお気に入り❤️ 娘の身長は約95cm。座って1・2・3階部分で、立って4階部分で遊ぶのにちょうどいい感じです。4階部分は屋根が開閉します。屋根裏部屋みたいで可愛い❤️家具などはトイ・レ・バンで揃えましたが、お人形は未購入。でも他の小さな人形でも代用が効くと思います。最初は娘には大きいかなと思いましたが、淡い色合いなのでリビングの床に直に置いてもインテリの邪魔にならないし、娘は遊びやすいしで満足しました❗️

My granddaughter loves it.

I bought this for my daughter's 4th birthday. It arrived within two days and was extremely easy to put together. All the pieces slot into place so it is just as easy to dismantle, but is sturdy enough for children to play with. I am very impressed with the finish of the house. The sash windows open and shut, and stay shut with magnets. My daughter opens the roof herself and takes it off to make the front path. We bought 3 sets of furniture for the house (drawing room, kitchen and bedroom) and you really don't need any more, although we'll probably also get the children's bedroom. The accessories are wonderful with fantastic attention to detail, eg. the kitchen has milk bottles for the fridge and a slice of toast in the toaster; the chairs have tie-on cushions - and all made out of wood and fabric rather than plastic. The family is cute (although not currently available on Amazon; we bought it separately). They are primarily wood but are jointed so that can stand, sit, dance etc. The gift was a huge success and I expect she will be playing with it for many years.

Relatively easy to put together. It took a bit to get the top to line up right, but it was my error of trying to force it. I ended up hot gluing the stairs on because I put one of the pieces on upside down and it wasn’t an easy fix, so it’s holding up fine with the glue. Kids were so happy to see it on Christmas morning. I bought little chairs and stuff from hobby lobby because the le toy van is so expensive. And I found some little people on Amazon similar to the le toy van ones with the shaggy hair etc. I looked at this dollhouse for 2-3 years and I’m so glad I ended up choosing this one. It’s perfect even for my 7 year old, who shares it with the 5 year old.
