When I received my desk set, the rose gold panels had become unglued on the letter tray. I emailed a picture to Fachesso (asking what kind of glue to use to repair the tray as the original glue was not working - I liked the set that much!) and received an immediate response. The email contained an apology and request for my shipping address so that they could replace the tray as soon as possible; was informed that I did not have to return the item. Literally 2 days later I received another desk set with everything intact. This is by far the best customer service I have received from an Amazon vendor! This desk set is very attractive and fits very nicely in my office.

So I went on to amazon and I searched trays for my desk because my desk was starting to look crazy. I really liked the acyclic desk paper tray from Kate Spade, bur could not bring myself to pay such a high price so when I came across this set on amazon for this incredible price I did a double take. I thought maybe this was some sort of scam or that the items were not going to look like the items in the pictures...boy was I wrong. My set came in a lovely box and I love my new desk set, it looks so good and my desk now looks picture perfect. I would definitely recommend this set, it makes a lovely gift to an important lady in your life or get one for yourself.

This is a thick and sturdy acrylic. Looks really great with the rose gold plates. They also have grip at the bottom to prevent them from sliding.I will say the tray came damaged. The front plate must have detached at some point after production. I will try to glue this on myself as I am not patient enough to ship it back to get another one.

I love my new desk set.. at first when I received the box the paper tray and letter organizer front plaque was not glue on the items so I contacted the company and they assured me they would send a replacement not even 2 days later the mail came and got the brand new set they send and it was perfect!!! Really satisfied with the way they handle the issue and even if the first one was defective the product is really really good !! I love it

This set is beautiful! I love it. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is that the two metal plates on the large box fell off when I opened it. I glued back on but really should have to do that.

I was so excited when my desk supplies arrived. It’s beautiful. Unfortunately one one plates is broken. I hate to wait for a new set I wanted to organize my work area.

Beautiful desk set! Sturdy acrylic bases with a lovely shade or rose gold accents. I love this product! It is very high quality and well designed! I have other similar acrylic containers but none of them compare to this one! By the way it feels you can tell it’s high quality. I love the rose gold and how all the pieces have a quote on them. It looks very professional on my desk and is great for organization! I highly recommend!
