I was pleasantly surprised by this mug! I needed a gift for an avid coffee drinker, but also for my mom (or Gigi as my nephew calls her). It's a gift from him to her and I half way expected a mug that you could slide the image into but this is the first time I've seen a mug that has such good sealant where the image is and at the bottom. And, an added plus, she can switch the image out over the years! This is great. As it is a Christmas gift, she hasn't gotten it yet and hasn't gotten to use it, but so far I am thrilled with the way it has turned out to this point. The picture looks great and it looks like it was a professionally made mug! Depending on how it fares with liquids, I will likely be buying this again for a few other gifts in the future.

I got this for someone that I work with. It's not meant to be a super meaningful or valuable gift for a close loved one. I think it's perfect for an acquaintance that you don't really need to splurge on. It's not the most sturdy out there but definitely feels like they will get good use out of it for a least a year. The actual cup meant to hold liquids is a bit small given the space it needs for the picture you will insert. For the price, I think its pretty neat.

Mug is good quality, outside plastic is clear as glass and inside plastic is heavy duty and sturdy. Product came with access to free software to help design the photo insert which I thought was awesome, and very generous of the seller given the low price of the mug. I did not use the software as my kids decorated the insert with their own artwork. This was a gift for their Dad, but I kept the keyring for me. He uses this for his drive to work and it keeps his coffee plenty hot for the drive and start of his day. I have been handwashing it and have seen no leakage or condensation within the picture part of the mug!

Mug worked out just fine. The pen however doesn’t work, I was very careful in unassembling it to put a pic in. Put it back together in order and it didn’t click anymore. Spent an hour trying to figure out and gave up

I like to give everyone who comes to our family Christmas Eve party a little something so they feel included in our gift exchange. (We all open one gift on Christmas Eve.). Our daughters bring their boyfriends and I found this to be the perfect gift. It shows that I put some thought into welcoming them because it can be personalized with a picture of them and our daughter. I gave one to our youngests new boyfriend last year and bought one this year for our oldest daughters new boyfriend. I will just nab a picture of the two of them from Facebook, print it out and wha-la, a nice gift at the perfect price point.

I bought this for my husband on Father’s Day. I loved it when I first received it. I printed an 8x10 and my husband was almost in tears he was so happy to have a personalized mug with a picture of his children. It was very easy to unscrew the mug and add the pic. He took coffee to work on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday morning he called me from work and said that the cup had cracked open and coffee poured out all over his desk. We did not put this in the dishwasher. I personally washed it by hand each evening he brought it home. I put the pic in the mug and I know I didn’t over tighten anything to make it crack. I barely have enough hand strength to open jars. This was a very disappointing experience. I’m going to find him another mug that is stainless steel.
