512GB, small and fast.
I’m not a formal reviewer so no benchmarks but when using this drive to replace two 256GB drives it impressed me as a good flash drive with relatively fast write speeds. (~30Mbps).Form factor is also good.

Nice USB
This was tiny! I have other 512 Gb USB and this is so tiny. It feels a bit flimsy but works fine. I wish it was both C and USB but it is what it is. I have no complaints. It works as it should. I recommend it.

Versatile, High-Capacity Storage with USB-C Convenience
The SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go 512GB is a perfect solution for anyone needing reliable and portable storage across different devices. With both USB Type-C and USB Type-A connectors, it's super easy to transfer files between my phone, tablet, and laptop, regardless of the port type. The dual functionality makes it ideal for people working across different platforms, from PCs to smartphones. The 512GB capacity provides plenty of space for photos, videos, and large files, and the USB 3.1 speeds are fast, allowing for quick transfers without any lag. It’s great for backing up data or simply carrying around important files. The slim, swivel design is compact and protects the connectors when not in use, which makes it super convenient to toss in a bag or even your pocket without worrying about damage.Overall, the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go offers a great combination of high-capacity storage, speed, and versatility. It's an excellent investment for anyone needing reliable, cross-device storage.

Very good portable flash drive solution
This works both on macOS (Yosemite all the way up to Sonoma) and Windows (10, 11). I am able to easily transfer and work with (print, edit) files on this flash drive no matter which system I am using. I have also used this drive while plugged into my iPhone 15 and it works just fine. Using the Files app and browsing to the flash drive, I can see and open the files on it with no problem. The entire device itself is quite small and portable, so it fits in any pocket, pouch, or on any keychain without taking up a lot of space. While I have only been using it for a short while (three weeks), it has always been available and reliable, with no hiccups or complaints from either Windows or macOS about the drive not being visible/readable/ready.The only reason this is not a 5-star item is the physical design. I like that you can have either side/connector (USB-A or USB-C) out/open by spinning the flash drive, but that also means that whichever side is out is exposed. This device DOES NOT come with any kind of dust/protective cover for either connector. For that matter, the side that is not exposed isn't exceedingly well protected either, but it is better than nothing. I would like it if the device came with protective caps for the connectors or allowed you to control exposure of the connector ends.Shy of that one issue (lack of dust covers for connectors), this is a very good flash drive.

Super fast - Compact
Super fast -- Large capacity -- Works on phone, tablet, and computers nicely. the Dual interface is great. Backup SW for phone is nice add on. I really like the device - Did put a handle cord on the device to help find/pickup ...

#1 for reliability of transfers
Even bigger data moves. Sneakernet has never been so great. Plug it in and let it do it's magic. Huma, Cheryl and Debbie in our offices love them. Field expedient paragraph marking data strips are so easy.

Smaller than expected
Works for what I need it for. My iPhone detects it no problem and the 400mb transfer speed isn’t unbearably slow. The drive is already formatted so that my pc reads it. Quality is what is expected and should last as long as I don’t misplace the tiny thing. Only wished they designed it to cover both ports, but it is not a deal breaker. Sandisk has always been my choice when it comes to flash drives.

Convenient But Slow
I rarely write reviews, but sometimes it’s best to share your experience so others can make an informed choice. This 512 GB flash drive is tiny and quite useful because it has both USB-A and USB-C connectors. I have to go back and forth with laptops and desktops that have one or the other and it’s very convenient to use this drive; it holds a lot and will plug-and-play in older and newer machines. Because it’s so small, it’s easy to carry in a pocket or wallet, and with the capacity, will hold a decent number of files, pictures, videos, etc. Except for the USB-C connector (which is metal), the entire housing is plastic; very lightweight. The most prominent characteristic of usage is that it’s the slowest flash drive I’ve ever owned (going back about 15 years), regardless of capacity or connector. Using either the the USB-C or USB-A ports, opening a window just to look at the contents can take 15 seconds to display what’s on it. Music files sometimes have dead spots (gaps) while the song plays, as the file loads to cache. A 15 GB copy takes roughly an hour. If these types of operating times aren’t satisfactory for your typical usage, it might be best to consider alternatives.
