With these, I can connect ChooMee pouches directly to my PEG tube. This makes bolus feeds so simple. I can pull ChooMee pouches directly out of the freezer, quick thaw in a bowlof warm water or pack in a lunchbox with ice packs, then connect them directly and squeeze/push the food through. The clamp included on the BoLink allows for mess-free switching to the next pouch (as an adult I take 3 pouches per meal). Simpler than syringes. LOVE it.

Unfortunately this link doesn't work good for serenity kids.... The highest quality premade food pouches on the market in my opinion... It will leak really bad. Also a thicker food like something With lentils or beans, or any meat. It's extremely hard to push through the extension. It works great for Fruit and vegetable Blends.

Great concept, but doesn’t work with Kate Farms pouches. The food must me too thick because it’s super hard to squeeze the food though and feels like I’m squeezing the pouch so hard it’d going to burst.

Absolutely love it! Can't recommend enough. Every g-tube family needs this!!!

It is too hard to push from a pouch, it does not flow with gravity. I would still use a bolus syringe at home. While traveling it might come out handy.

I bought this hoping that they would work with the Kate Farms blended feeds. Sadly they do not work as well as they should. I have to push extremely hard to get anything to go through the tube. would not buy again.

I tried to use it for the puree feeding of son through his g-tube. It didn't work. It was more the mess than what he got.
