If you're an old guy, like me, who smokes a pipe, you have to have a pipe tool, and you probably know that eventually they'll get lost. These are well made, affordable, and they even look quite nice. No regrets about this purchase.

I bought this three pack comparing prices to what looks like identical 3-in-1 tools and comparable ones. It's a simple tool for the tamper. The reamer, a long pointed tool, fits snug and does it's job. The scraper works well enough. It has a slightly angled edge but it's by no means sharp, it cleans well enough most of heavy build up. It has a lot of play in the tool though so just have to support it a bit more.The tamper section has some gaps for some reason between the two plates that form the outside of the tool. This is mostly cosmetic but it's kind of weird, and I've had a couple ribbons get caught in there actually but I can't say this is a problem.Overall great value, I wanted something budget for such a simple purpose and this checks out.

Definitely will get the job done. If you're someone who might randomly lose or misplace tampers (often), such as myself, and are looking for several tampers that you don't mind losing and look a bit better than the standard tool... Then these are the ticket. I was disappointed by the quality if craftsmanship but reminded myself of the price :-) they seem fine at first inspection.

The media could not be loaded. It have some weight to it, the design is amazing and have some wood touch to it. The only thing I did not like the long pickup is a little bit clumsy. But for the money, it is very good because the package have three of them.

Definitely a nice little tool. Works well in all my pipes. Only complaint would be the metal could be a little thicker and the scrapper was shaped a little better. Definitely worth the money spent so overall if say 5 stars
