Living World Eco+ Water Bottle for Rats, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas and Other Small Animals, 12-Ounce

Finally found the perfect water dispenser for our guinea pig Luna <3 nice and big so we only have to refill every 2-3 days versus most bottles where you have to fill on a daily basis. Cute little floating carrot piece inside bottle that allows you to easily glance where the water line is. DOES NOT LEAK and comes with 2 support systems ( a metal bracket that easily slides under spout to prevent tipping from left to right and the coil for the top to secure it to the cage.

We like the appearance and they work very well for many months but we have purchased 4 of these and they always start leaking and the enclosure gets very wet from the slow but constant drips. I have given up on these and we are now using an old plastic Oasis water bottle that isn't pretty but doesn't leak.

This is an absolutely fantastic water bottle--the best I've owned. I have male and female rats; currently 4 of each in two separate cages. My males have been known to chew apart their plastic water bottles, and, even more annoyingly, every large plastic water bottle I've ever put in their cage leaks (within an hour it's empty). I have no idea why this happens, but it's been frustrating to put tiny plastic water bottles all over their cage, since they drink so much water. I decided to try this glass bottle to simultaneously combat the chewing and leaking problems, and additionally because I hate the idea of the plastic breaking down and leaching dangerous chemicals into their water supply. Plus, when cleaning, it's easier to get all of the soap suds out of glass than it is from plastic. I am happy to report that this water bottle has met all of my expectations, and even exceeded them in the case of its hanging mechanism (it's quite sturdy but small and easy to use). The water bottle does not leak at all and is totally chew-proof. My only wish is that it contained absolutely no plastic--the top of the bottle is plastic covered with a metal piece to prevent chewing. But it's certainly better than any bottle I've seen this far, and safer for sure. I just purchased one for my females' cage!

It's a nice size and holds the water fairly well! Sure it does leak but it's only a few droplets every once in a while and as long as my rats drink from it it stops the leaking for a while longer. Really adore the carrot water mark, makes it really easy to see when the pups need a refill! Buut it varies which will or wont have that protective metal over the nozzle base. I got one that did and didnt have it n the one that didnt; my ratties destoryed that shortly after it went empty.

Was worried based on reviews but so glad I got this for my 2 guinea pigs! It doesn't leak and it's a great quality glass bottle that cleans easily! I've had it for a month now. It's the perfect size for my piggies (I think the biggest size bottle is for rabbits so get the one right below that that's smaller). The hooks to attach it to the cage are also perfect. Very happy with my purchase!

I bought this glass water bottle thinking it would be better since fungus cannot grow in the glass however I learned quickly how deadly this water bottle truly is. It claims to be drip free but what it really is is Water free. After 4 days I noticed my rabbit had lost weight stopped eating her pellets and was acting lethargic. I rushed her to the emergency room and was informed that she lost over half a pound and was extremely dehydrated. The water bottle have not released any water for 4 days. I merely gave her a bowl of water and she drank it up in a matter of minutes. My Lionhead rabbit is 6 years old and her name is gypsy and I love her with all my heart bottle truly is. The claims to be drip free but what it really is is water free. After 4 days I noticed my rabbit had lost weight stopped eating her pellets and was acting lethargic. The worst part about this whole incident was as I tried to remove the water bottle from her cage that was not properly dispensing water it fell onto the floor and shattered. Yes 3 in and the glass water bottle shattered into thousands of pieces right there in my rabbit's cage and all over her. Please do not ever buy this water bottle and manufacturer work on your product!

This is a great bottle water for guines pigs. I was not happy with my older plastic bottle so I decided to buy this one. I love that glass because it keeps the water cooler and it is easy to clean. The only bad thing about this bottle is that it leaks easily. I am not sure if is because the way is designed or because of the way o wash it. However, I gave it 5 starts because I am very happy and my guinea pigs seem to be happy as well.

So at first I wasn’t a fan of these. I didn’t like that the spout didn’t line up right when I would twist the cap on and they seemed to leak a bit too much. They went unused as I had others I liked better. Then I figured out that when you twist the cap on if the spout is out of alignment you can just pull it over without removing and replacing the cap multiple times. This changed my opinion as I was ready to send them back. I have no issues with them now. Well made and durable.

Ive ordered the smallest one for my mice. Delivery went without problems, the bottle was carefully packed with bubble wrap and air cushions. All pieces are of very good quality, the bottle can be firmly fixed to the cage. Due to the rather soft angle of the pipe I had to put it inside the cage instead of outside. This isnt really a problem, as its totally chewproof. Ive never had any leaking or dripping issues. The cute little carrot is floating at the water level.

Use this in the indoor guinea pig house and it drips more than I would like.

Cet abreuvoir est très bien. Il a une bonne contenance. Je me suis orientée sur ce modèle car le contenant est en verre et je ne souhaite pas que mes cochons d'inde boivent dans un contenant en plastique. Bien que l'eau ne soit pas chaude, je préfère miser sur des matériaux sains pour la santé. Les billes permettant de fermer l'orifice sont en inox. Il y a tout de même un peu de plastique mais de taille réduite. Le biberon ne fuit pas. Le système de fixation aux barreaux est adapté. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat et mes animaux semblent ravis également.
