This is great to help loosen my tight muscles and increase circulation
I'M LOVING THIS MASSAGE STICK! I have a regular workout routine, and I often have sore muscles when I'm truly challenging/pushing myself. This is great to help loosen my tight muscles and increase circulation, which helps to speed up my recovery so can keep up a daily workouts. I love the fact that it ROLLS SMOOTHLY without catching on my skin or clothing, and I can tailor it to provide exactly the right amount of pressure I need--sometimes that's a lot--and sometimes that's just a little! The handle grips are just the right size--they aren't too large for my petite hands, and yet not awkwardly small for my 6' husband who also uses it. The length makes it possible to massage your back and shoulders, and I ESPECIALLY love it for my legs and sides of my knees----ooooh---heaven! It's super lightweight...so not only does it make it easy to hold up and around your shoulders, but it also is compact/light enough that I wouldn't hesitate to PACK IT IN MY GYM BAG or in a suitcase for a trip. Seems to do the job
I very often have sore calves or shins after running. I recently started jump roping and overdid it. My muscles were more sore than ever. That was when I searched amazon and looked at a few massage sticks. I was looking at the reviews of a different product when I saw the Zivalo mentioned. Once it arrived I began to use it before and after exercising.I still feel some soreness while using the product, but I'm pretty sure that is from the damage I caused before using it. My calves feel great today after a morning jump rope session.The only negative is that I think the box mentioned a video for using the product, but I could not find it on the web site. I probably don't need it so it is not a big deal.The other issue that I have is that my 2 year old has declared that it is his 'Mighty Sword' while wielding it above his head.

Great massage stick!
I used to go to a chiropractor that would use a similar stick to rub out tense muscles in my back and shoulders. This is a GREAT massage stick and I use it on family members as well as myself. I wish I had purchased it earlier. Great price and well made.

Works well enough.
Does the job well enough. Wish the wheels on it would spin a bit easier, when pushing they dont really roll, they just slide, but it still does the trick.
