HOPZ Straps Vertical Jump Trainer with Belt, Cuffs, and Resistance Bands Yellow

I have been using them for one month and really did enjoy them. The overall quality is good at this point, just a little tide while connecting the bands to legs but thats how they work. I contacted their customer service about the warranty and they do promptly resolve my issue which makes me feel more confident to their service and a good overall experience.

I LOVE THESE. They were a little difficult to figure out at first, but once you get them on, you're set! They even come with suggested workouts! I'm a 5'8" volleyball player, and the resistance is just right! The ankle pads are just a bit uncomfortable, but high socks are an easy fix! I've only been using them for a few days, so no huge difference in my vertical yet, but there definitely will be by the time volleyball season comes around.

Product is ok overall. The waistband doesn't stay up and the ankle support straps come off every so often. It does help increase overall leg strength and helps with back posture.

At first I didn't think it was much at all, but then i started doing the workouts. It added a lot of resistance and it works well. I'm 6'6, and i seen a review saying it isn't for guys over 5'11 or something like that, but it works well for me. I worked out for about 30 minutes with them and when i took them off, it felt like my legs were extra bouncy lol. Anyways, it seems to work, I'll leave another review after a few months

I had another set from a different company that I would much rather have. I don't like the lock and unlock feature. I don't like that I can't get stronger bands. I've gotten too strong for these resistance bands and have no way to go to another level of resistance. There are only 2 options and it annoys me, so I no longer use them.If there is a higher resistance band, I have been UNABLE to find it so I can order it. It could just be me, but I doubt it as I googled everything I could think to google to find something more challenging.

This definitely seems to work and certainly increases the work load on the legs... but the way the waist band fits is unlikely to be comfortable for ANYONE. I was reluctant to buy the vest because putting additional strain on the lower back was not what I was going for, but honestly... the idea here is amazing, but anchoring the weight around your waist feels like being squeezed like a tube of toothpaste. It hurts, and it feels like it will give me a hernia (Not how that works, I realize), and it makes intense workouts nearly impossible because you cannot breathe deeply. Imagine wearing a lifting belt, because it is going to feel like that. It does not fasten tightly enough to avoid ripping down on your hips. I'm not sure why I didn't foresee this issue. Nonetheless, for isolated work, it isn't bad. It caused some sharp pain in my knee and my ankle (both bad joints for me to begin with), but that is just the increased workload. Overall, this is a very promising product... although the vest might be a better idea. I have only used it a few times and I'm not sure what the durability will be like. It seems somewhat flimsy in parts, and if one piece breaks, the whole thing is useless. For now though, it gets the job done (although somewhat painfully).

I love this thing a lot but if you are wearing leggings make sure you don’t care about the leggings or they are worn out because the attachment to the ankle wears out the thread near your ankles but if u aren’t wearing leggings your great. I love this because after wearing this my legs burn which is great I feels a bit weird to walk at first but you get used to it it’s great for everything

Employé pour mettre de la résistance dans mes sauts, il tient bien. Toutefois, les sangles au pied ont tendances à arriver au bout du talon et sortir après quelques sauts.

Cuando te llega el producto, a simple vista parece sencillo y sin chiste, pero desde su primer uso es notable el desarrollo que logras en saltos verticales y horizontales.

Está muy bien acabado, tal vez hecho en falta más variedad de gomas con diferentes tensiones, pero el producto está muy bien. Lo utilizo para potenciar el salto en voleibol y va muy bien.
