Great set of dumbbells for someone starting out or just ...
Great set of dumbbells for someone starting out or just looking to exercise at home. These were the cheapest heaviest set when I was buying and I was a bit hesitant but after a reality check and accepting I might not ever use them I decided it was a good buy. They arrived in good time and were delivered my Yodel. The set came in an unmarked brown box with no other packaging and the dumbbells and bars were a bit dirty when I lifted them out - almost like coffee or something had been spilled over them. Wasn't too bothered tho as I easily gave them a clean. Have used them a few times and there hasn't been any problems - I'll be as fit as Arnold Schwarzenegger in no time.

Great!
I like these. Bar has multi functional uses. Can be used as 2 singles or screwed together to make a large single bar. You don’t need to lift huge kgs to get decent arms, despite what the gym goers will tell you. The key is to rep until your arms are fatigued. Naturally with lighter weights this takes longer, but recent studies show that more reps with less weight is more beneficial than doing less Reps with huge weights.

For the price they're good
Decent set of weights, the main issue is you'd really struggle to get all the weights onto the bar, so if you're looking for weights for heavy lifting, bench press, deadlift etc these aren't for you. If you're looking to use them for dumbbell only exercises, or relatively light bar exercises they're ideal for the price, would certainly recommend!

Great value for money! i have been saving almost 25£ each month because i have now cancelled my gym membership since i can now do all the stuff there right in my own home. This also means i can spend a much longer time lifting since i need not travel to the gym

Great product for those who cant or wont go to the gym. Haven't had a problem and use this regularly.Needs a little WD40 for the middle section as thread gets stuck sometimes. Other than that suns out guns out!

Ideal Beginner's Set
Great for beginners just starting out - like me! Easy to use and adjust weights and perfect for home use. I have just started hiit and weighted circuits and as a starter set this gives me options to go up to 15kg each side - only on 5kg at the moment. Quick delivery well packaged, good price.

ugg move weight, ugg strong
It's cheap, it's reasonably heavy, buy metal grips unless you're poor. Otherwise, like me, you will just make do. They buckle and bend but haven't broken yet. these are a good temporary solution to not doing weights, buy better weights if the space allows.

Really good value for the price
Really good value for the price. The connecting bar makes for a very secure weights bar making it easy to do weights at home. Only downside is when using as dumbbells there is quite a bit of excess bar at each end. Not a big deal can just be a little limiting in some exercises as it gets I the way.
