Product is useless unless you place it on something as smooth as glass
Unless you have a completely flat floor such as a tile that has no texture on it, this product will not suction to the floor. We have a hardwood floor with no texture but I am sure it has minute texture to it due to wood grain but nothing you can feel and this product will not suction. I contacted the seller for a refund (they are in another country) and they are saying that they will only give me 25% refund or I can pay the shipment back for a full refund which I am sure shipping it cost more than the product. On the website is currently states, "Designed with the suction cup, it can adhere to the floor to let the pet play with themselves, releasing your hands." I am sure they will change this wording after this but nowhere to it state that this product would not adhere to hardwood floors. Basically, your floor needs to be as smooth as glass for it to suction. I am asking for a full refund and for them to pay for shipment as the product is useless.
