These mace blades are very fresh and give curry a nice aroma. Some people use mace powder but I sometimes use whole. Just add a blade or two to your curry. There are not that many in the bottle but not much is needed to get flavor. You can break them or grind them.

Great for Indian food and other baking recipes. Great flavor (better than ground Mace found in most Supermarkets) and can taste very different if mixed with other spices. Can be nutty, sweet but if mixed with the right ingredients, pungent. Although when ordering the selection tells you how many ounces the container holds, it is very small and that was a little bit of a bummer. Great quality so you do not need as much but the size of the container was the only drawback. I will order again if and when I run out because it was easily accesible via Amazon.

Just as described. It's very hard to find mace like this where I live. Glad I found this product. Adds just what is needed to all food and especially baking recipies.
