Gorgeous figure of Bastet
To the point, this is a very beautiful figure of Bastet. I was worried the figure quality wouldn't do the goddess justice, but it actually is sturdy and well detailed. No strange paint anomalies, no awkward dimensions, and overall the composition is regal looking. A good figure for those who wish make a shrine for her. For the non religious, it would make a beautiful shelf or corner table accent.

I love everything about this statue!The paint job is phenomenal. The sculpt is amazing and captures so much of who Bastet was, is, and ever will be.There is movement to this. The statue captures that cross-footed balance that cats possess. It's like the beginning of a ritual dance. Her arms and body positioning are strong and protective, evoking the four golden goddess statues protecting Tutankhamun's canopic shrine.But it's the face sculpt that got me. Excellent feline likeness, of course. But there is an anthropomorphic playfulness and wisdom there.Also, you can see Her older avenging lioness aspect ready to pounce at any moment.Just love this!

A beautiful statue of an ancient goddess
I was struck by the beauty of this depiction of Bast as soon as I saw it. It is well made and has excellent detail. I purchased it for my personal use but the statue arrived in a box that was suitable for gifting. Anyone who loves cats, ancient egyptian mythology, or just needs a little mystical protection for their home would be well served by this product. I would recommend this product to others.

Worth every penny!
Just as beautiful in person as it was on the screen! I was concerned when I saw that it was acrylic and not metal, but the height, weight, and details are perfect! A lovely buy for yourself and/or gift for someone else!
