IT WORKS! SAVED MY HARDWOOD FLOORS, I'M SERIOUSI don't write many reviews. But I have to thank this company for this product. I had a cat pee problem unlike anything most people have ever seen. Months of peeing in a corner of a room that soaked through the area rug and pad and then INTO the wood floor. A 4 foot area of the wood floor was literally black from being soaked in pee. It had been spray cleaned and mopped with every do-it-yourself at home product you can imagine. At this point I no longer cared about staining the floor. I needed the smell gone. The floors will have to be sanded and refinished anyway. I soaked the area with half a gallon of this stuff and then mopped the entire floor with it as well as wiped down the walls in that corner. I waited 24 hours. It all dried and there was still a faint pee smell. So I poured the rest over the corner and let the puddle sit overnight again. By day three, there was no smell left. ZERO. Nothing could be detected. Success! The cats are staying out of the corner. I just ordered a new rug and pad, and have already started using the room again without gagging. It's worth every penny. It literally saved my house. My number one concern was the stink and clearing it to undetectable so that the cats would not return. For that I give it 100% 5 stars.

This enzyme pet spray is seriously amazing. It completely eliminates odors and stains from accidents—no more lingering smells or weird spots on the carpet. I’ve used it on rugs, carpet, and furniture, and it works like a charm every time. Plus, it doesn’t leave behind any strong chemical scent, just a clean, fresh smell. Having pets means occasional messes are unavoidable, but this spray makes cleanup so much easier. Highly recommend for any pet owner!

Works well and smells good but it hasn’t completely removed the smell yet. I might need to give it a little more time to work. I bought the citrus one. The price seems to jump around a lot. I bought it on the higher end which didn’t make me to happy. But it beats smelling animal urine.

My daughter recently moved out, but while she was with me she has a Senior cat. Her cat (due to her age) would have "accidents" under her bed & the smell & situation was VERY trying! My daughter bought other products to try to alleviate the smell & stains, but nothing seemed to work. I did some research & decided to take a chance with this product...AND I AM SO HAPPY I DID! I was going to get the floors "professionally" cleaned, but that is No longer necessary. This product helped remove the smell & the majority of the stains. Although this is quite "magical", it definitely still required work on my behalf, but with "our powers combined". I can now walk into my now "spare room" without gagging or wanting to cry. Warning: when you 1st open the bottle, it may not smell that great, but when you spray it...it smells nice. I do Highly recommend this product for those pesky pet "puddles" & problems!

Very happy with the Citrus version of this cleaner. It worked great as a soak for area rugs (12hrs per rug, lay flat in shallow plastic container, cover with cleaner, air dry without rinsing, vacuum to fluff), and as a soaking/finishing spray for cleaning up floors, grout, and walls. The smell is really nice, like a orange/vanilla blossom fusion, and it lasts weeks without being over-powering. Some rooms still have a burst of fresh scent, without smelling like cat urine at all.Both jugs did arrive crushed and missing cleaner however. This is more on Amazon delivery and the foil seal of the jug. The delivery van probably smells amazing now though.I came back for a 3rd jug and was happy to see it was on a Flash Sale. The amount of the sale covered the amount lost in transit on the other 2 jugs, so I call that even.

I started to use it on my area rug….i have no idea if it actually works or not because I got a small drop on my finger and had to RUN to wash my hands because it immediately started burning my skin. I am not a sensitive skin girly but I got a legit chemical burn. It worries me because the products says it is safe for kids and pets but it clearly has VERY strong active ingredients.

I have a small dog that does not like going outside to potty. Started using pee pads and problem solved, almost. To clean these pee pads and reuse them has been an adventure to get them smelling clean. I tried vinegar, bleach, etc., different products, the one you can spray in your mouth but to no avail. The pads never came out smelling neutral, always had a pee smell to them.Kinzua is an enzyme based product that works. After spending tons of money and all sorts of different methods of presoaking, this product finally worked. Added a cup to the laundry along with regular detergent, and finally no more pee smell. It works great on carpet and furniture in a spray bottle or in a carpet shampooing machine.If you have tried countless products to eliminate pee or pet odors, buy this and be done with your search.

I have a Frenchie and he pees everywhere. No matter what. I bought this hoping to clear some of the lingering smell. At first use it smelt worse then dog pee, I thought I wasn’t working. I use this weekly now and no one not even my landlord can smell anything. It has literally pulled pee from below the floors eliminating the odor.
