I am a HUGE fan of the Big Bang Theory and this is wonderful sets I just get on last Friday
I known that Lego's target market group are 5 to 12 years old children; also I understand Lego is not suitable for college-students-choosing toys. However, I am a HUGE fan of the Big Bang Theory and this is wonderful sets I just get on last Friday. After I started to put these sets together, I found this package is SUPER FUN. There are no seven figures in one package at this price as my knowing. Each one have their own characteristic as same as the show. I love Sheldon mostly. Because it is my first time to play Lego, It took me nearly two hours to put it together. Also I notice that playing Lego is not only a way to have fun, but also the way training my patience. During the set-up time, I have no idea what’s going on, just focus on put these sets together. After I finish put it together, my roommate think it is good-looking and he also purchase the Star War package, and he invited me to play it after final week. I believe we will have fun in that day. Overall, I think this package is great, and it has affordable price for college students. Come and get it. I promise it will have a lot of fun for college students or people who think they should not play Lego at their age, additionally, it is a good collector.

Great set for fans of the Big Bang Theory
This set is absolutely adorable if your a Big Bang Theory fan. The little square heads of the gang are too cute. Lego put a lot of detail into this set to create the faces and apartment to make it all look realistic (for what it is). The set has 484 pieces and is so cute and unique you'll want to put it on display for all to see. I think it would a great activity for any group, adults or children. This could quite possibly become a collectors item. The set has 7 minifigs. Over the last 5 years the minifigs have soared in popularity and are sometimes wanted more than the LEGOS pieces! This set has Bernadette, Howard, Penny, Leonard, Sheldon, Amy, & Raj. And, Raj's dog (not considered a minifig). All of the minifigs look like the actors enough such that if you had the 7 in front of you I think you could determine which went with each actor. So, good job IMHO on the minifigs. The set has a lot of nice touches when it comes to the easel, pictures, telescope and such. They even have Chinese takeout boxes and forks!

One of my favorite shows! Fits perfectly on the shelf by my TV! :D
I really love TBBT (The Big Bang Theory) and thus have seen many many episodes featuring Sheldon and Leonard's shared apartment. This Lego set hits the nail on the head because it contains so many little details that are just spot on! Oh and the mini figs (minifigures) are just so fun and match their real life counterparts so well! This is definitely one of my favorite sets from the Lego ideas submissions.I think that every fan of the show would love this set which makes it a MUST HAVE! It's to die for and just so perfect! I'm so glad that Lego makes such fun sets like this one. :)

A great LEGO Ideas set.
Note - I haven't built the set yet and it may be while before I do, so I'll mention my impressions of the theme and based on the box graphics.First thing - if you don't know this set is #010 in a LEGO series. The series initially had the name of CUUSOO and set #003 was Minecraft which was a HUGE success. CUUSOO is an acronym, but I don't remember what it stands for. And, I guess that's why they dropped it and replaced it with LEGO Ideas. The sets come from ideas of LEGO fans, not LEGO employees. The themes of the sets (except Minecraft which there have been a few LEGO Ideas sets of) are very varied. You can easily find out what the different sets have been off if you are curious. Now to this set itself. The boxing is great. I think they started this with set #090, Birds (a great set). It is not your typical LEGO box by any means. LEGO has used this boxing on other sets, but they too are special ones. They even have Chinese takeout boxes and forks!I figure the build will be a simple one. It's mainly of a room and the accessories in it. But, is fitting for the show since a lot of the scenes are in that room. As mentioned, I haven't built the set yet, but it was still easy to give the set 5 stars. I like the LEGO Ideas series and I like the TV show. A great match

Very Happy, but set isn't "perfect"
After reading tons of reviews for this product, I was really concerned that it was going to be a let down. After receiving the set and building it, I was very happy and impressed overallPROS:- Only 2 Stickers. I HATE stickers because I never get them quite perfect. The Door graphic and the graphic on the post (looks like a CD rack?) were the only 2 stickers. All other printed emblems come painted on to the lego pieces- Mini Figures - these have come a long way since the mini figures I grew up wtih. Are they a perfect likeness - no, but they did a good enough job that each character is unique and recognizable. Also, 7 custom mini figures in a set is pretty crazy- Overall, it was a fun build, the booklet that comes with has character descriptions and info about the lego set creators, and I am happy with my purchaseCONS:- The recommended layout can be a bit clunky. The Amy mini-fig is shown on the box where they have you build a table. I'm sure I could re-arrange it, was just surprised. Also, several of the items slightly obscure objects behind them (DNA helix covers up part of the placard on the wall, telescope conflicts with bookshelf, etc.) but they really packed a lot of stuff in to this so it's really not a bad thing that I just want to see all the neat little things.Great job Lego making a set for the avid Big Bang Theory fan and lego nut alike!
