Have used it three times this week and love it! But
You really have to be careful with this unit and follow the instruction to the letter... watch the videos and know that the stretching for your neck and your back is paramount to having success, if you think you have stretched enough, stretch some more especially if you are in discomfort. I have had the posture pump for my neck for more than three years, had a co-worker borrow it and wanted to buy one after a month... I have some lower back issues so I decided to buy the combo. Have used it three times this week and love it! But, I'll tell you... you have to get on and off of it properly or you will write a bad review. You will be sore, so follow the plan as they lay out for you.... Don't over do it and you will see benefit!

Uncomfortable
This product does what its designed to do, but is very uncomfortable. The support under your neck is not very accomodating. A foam roller under your neck would be more comfortable. I saw on their website that they have devices for your neck with much better support, using two inflatables instead of just one. In the process of returning.

It works if you use it daily
When I use this product, my neck doesn't "click" as I turn my head to the right. It reduces my left lower back pain. Since my lower back is align, my knee pain is gone too.

Shipped the wrong product.
The product worked ok, but they only shipped the neck part, not the back part. I decided it was too expensive as well. I found another way to get the job done much cheaper.

Not for Herniated Discs
I was looking for a Spine traction device. The photos were misleading for this high price. This device just has three air pockets for neck , thoracic and lumboSachral locations. If you have herniated discs this a dangerous device to use.The return period is very short as well. I had to travel to India for Ayurveda treatment and by the time I got back, the return period was over.

Perfect for back pain
I purchased this as I was having a lot of lower back pain as well as sporadic neck pain. One use and the lower back was feeling amazing. Haven't had the same level of success with the neck portion but I think that is probably user error than anything wrong with the product. I only need to use it every couple of weeks after the initial use.
