I love this stuff! I usually bounce around from product to product, but I used this consistently for a while and my ends were really healthy. Unfortunately around the time I started using curly hair products I ran out and didn't replace this, I opted other things. That was mistake. Between the products I was using and not using this, my hair showed a good bit of damage. Dropped the other products and I'm back to using the long lengths cream and it already looks much better. I won't stop using this again, especially while I'm growing out the damage.

This stuff is awesome! It’s so amazing for the hair. Protects the hair from heat and I like how it tames the frizz. You DON’T need a lot of it or it will make your hair greasy.

Smells so good

I like this product overall—it does a good job of making my hair feel soft, smooth, and more manageable. After using it, my hair has a nice texture and looks healthier, which is exactly what I was hoping for.That said, it does leave a bit of a sticky feeling that I’m not a huge fan of. It’s not overly heavy, but the residue is noticeable, especially if I use a little too much. I still use it because of how soft it makes my hair, but I wish the formula felt a bit lighter and more natural. With a small adjustment, it could be an amazing product.

I have Asian black straight, waist long, thick hair. Hair was slowly becomes dry looking and frizzy, suffering from all that drying after washing hair. This leave in conditioner returned quite a bit of life back to my dried out ends. Take note though it has a fairly strong scent (a good one, but may bother some people).

I'm not sure this did anything for my hair. I'm not sure it didn't make it worse. But I am sure it smells amazing.I have just below shoulder length hair that has been completely trashed by decades of permanant 20 vol color. And then I took up swimming! So add salt water, sun, chlorine, hours in a tight water logged bun, and being too tired and too lazy to dechlorinate and deep condition after every swim because I'm probably just getting back in the water later..... to say my hair I'd trashed is an understatement. It looks and feels like cotton candy if cotton candy were made of straw. I don't want to just cut off the damaged areas, because I'd basically have to get a pixie cut! So in fairness, my hair might be well beyond the capabilities of this product.So, I'm trying all kinds of deep conditioners and leave ins. This did...nothing. I was hoping it would at least add a little slip and make my hair easier to detangle. It just made it feel gunky. I was hoping for a tiny bit of shine, it might have made my hair a little dull. Idk. I guess its primary purpose is to prevent breakage? I can't tell. Making it harder to brush certainly is counter productive. So far I've had better luck with a different elvive leave in protein cream in a tube. And I love the cheap hask oils.But, it smells amazing! Very sweet, slightly citrusy, the illegal lengths line has the best scent since Beauty Protector. I want to continue to use it just because it makes my hair smell yummy. The other Elvive lines have this super heavy old lady perfume smell that's honestly a bit like Oribe. Like, it's nice but it's so heavy, and just isn't "me."
