JanSport Classics Series Spring Break Backpack (Forge Grey)

So we bought the "Cars 2" backpack for my son to start Kindergarten. He picked it out and he liked it, but it started to fall apart in December/January. He wanted another "character" backpack, but I talked him into this one. I did not want to buy a new backpack every few months. This fits his 3 ring binder, lunch box (typical character soft sided lunch box with a flat square bottom and a separate tapered compartment at the top), snack bag, and a library book all with no problem. I wanted something big enough to fit all that, but not much bigger. He is only 5 and I did not want it to be too huge. This is the perfect size. Some other reviewers were complaining about this being too small for older kids. I think this would be fine through elementary school, but JanSport makes a Super Break backpack for those that like the style of this one, but it is slightly larger.

Backpacks are well made and the sizes were good . They were exactly what my grandsons needed to start the new school year .

Good durable product. This is my second one. Soaks up water around the lip of the small zip open pouch. So I made this water repellent works great. I us d candle wax & a hair dryer. Now the lip does not hold water just comes fight off. The whole bag is water repellent.

I bought this bag to use as a "quick" diaper bag to tossed into the bottom of the stroller or take inside restaurants and other quick trips. Bag holds mesh diaper wristlet containing 5 diapers, small wipe packet and plastic diaper disposal bags. In addition to the diaper wristlet, the bag also has a change of clothes, a light blanket and a few toys inside. It could probably hold few more things. I've been using JanSport bags since middle school (25+ years) and I've never been disappointed with the quality or style. I'm confident this bag will last and in a few years transition into my son's school backpack. These bags make great canvases for patches!

A gift

I've had a forge grey Jansport before and I don't know what's up with this one. This one is made for a first grader! I'm not just exasperating either - it really is tiny. I doubt I could fit 2 textbooks in here. I'm returning it immediately.

I had a previous version of this backpack that I am replacing. the small pocket is just an open pocket - no organizer, clip, or zip pocket.

It came in on time but it was way to small picture makes it look big. It is the size of a childs bag for elementry school. Right color i admit the color is nice but wayy to small. I want a refund or sent a bigger one but dont know how to get ahold of seller. Need info to reach seller email me at [email protected] thankyou.
